Stayed Apr 7, 2026The house was fully as advertised. Kitchen was clean and ready for use. Laundry facilities were great. Air conditioning worked excellently. Location of home was wonderful. We loved the walled in back yard. Jason got back to me quickly when I had 2 questions. He was very helpful and kind. We highly recommend!!

Stayed Dec 4, 2025This was a a great stay. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything you to cook good meals. The drive to strip was easy and there are lots of places to shop nearby. We would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Great location, quiet neighborhood. Nicely appointed with coffee and spices in the kitchen, a nice surprise for our short stay. Security light in one of the guest bedrooms was somewhat annoying, a black-out shade would help, but it wasn't the end of the world. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice backyard with BBQ area and things to do (balls, badminton net) although we did not have time to take advantage of them. Washer and dryer with laundry soap was a huge convenience as we were there for a hockey tournament and being able to wash sweaty uniforms in between games was appreciated! Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025The host (Jason) was very great to work with. He’s very understanding. Jason responds very quickly. This place was awesome. Has everything we needed. Very spacious. Nice and clean. Very close to all the restaurants. Nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again if we go to Vegas in the future. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Stayed Feb 28, 2023Lovely 3-bedroom home close to downtown attractions without being right in the middle of the bustle. Great outdoor area for visiting, so well appointed inside that it spoils us for other rentals! Jason (host) has everything plus extras provided and is incredibly responsive. The computer and work areas were an added bonus as I brought work with me to do between basketball games.
