Single level Sea Pines home with a hot tub, just a short walk to the beach!

Great location to the bike trails and down to the harbor! The house was well stocked and very comfortable! We will definitely be back!

We don’t care for the rain fall showers, but others may disagree. The WiFi was very inconsistent. I had to reset several times and would only work well for a short term. The tv was tied to YouTube TV so it was constantly trying to buffer. The management staff was great, the best experience we’ve ever had with a management company.

The house was a great layout for the four of us with two separate gathering spaces offering plenty of space. The location within Sea Pines worked well with a quick walk to the beach and easy bike rides to South Beach, Beach Club and Harbour Town using the Sea Pines bike/walking path which runs directly behind the house. We also enjoyed the hot tub during the cool evenings after golf and pickleball. Island Time Hilton Head did a great job of communicating with us during our stay to make sure that we had everything that we needed to ensure an enjoyable time. I look forward to staying at 6 East Garrison another time.

My wife and I loved our stay at this vacation rental. Everything about the place was just perfect. We went there to take advantage of all the bike trails and was pleasantly surprised to find a path right off the back yard. Plenty of restaurants and shops with in biking and even walking distance of the home. The home itself was super clean and up to date. Our favorite part of our trip was having our coffee and watching deer play in the back yard every morning we were there. We did a little hiking in the close by nature preserve and enjoyed some walks on the beach. The check in was easy and the property managers did a great job communicating with us and even called us halfway through the vacation to make sure we didn't need anything. You could tell they truly cared about our stay. Just a great place. I highly recommend.

Everything was exactly as promised. House was spacious and clean. Hot tub wasn’t necessary but a very nice added bonus. Perfect bike ride to the beach.

Our family visited for the week of July 4th and loved staying at this property. With three kids and two working parents, the home provided everything we needed to get away but still sneak in some work from time to time. The two-family room layout was perfect for the kids to watch movies at night while mom and dad could reconnect over a glass of wine in the separate living room. If you need a family home in Sea Pines and don’t require a pool, this home is perfect!

Perfect for the five of us. Parents, 24 year old son and his girlfriend, and 31 year old daughter. All had our own space. Easy access to the beach. Use bikes! Two separate common areas also nice when we had to work. Would love to return soon.

My husband, our 5 children, and myself stayed here for the second time and it was just as wonderful this time as it was last time. We saw armadillos and lots of deer in the backyard. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family! The property manager was responsive and checked on us multiple times. We hope to come back!
