Single Level, 2 masters, Hot Tub, Dog Friendly, AC

nice house except the fire alarms throughout the house kept going off, very scary for the kids and the dog. the first time called the management company we got no response. after more calls to the management company they sent a repair man, first time he was there the problem was not fixed. the alarms went off again around midnight this time we called the repair man directly and he removed most of the fire alarms and that fixed the problem. I will not rent this house again

It’s a close walk to the river with walking trails. The deck had a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day. We took a wet paper towel to clean a spill on the kitchen floor and were amazed at how black the paper towel came up. Spot checking in other hard flooring areas we learned that this place needs a severe cleaning of the hard surfaces. Seems like an occasional Swiffer would do the trick. We realize his is not the home owner’s fault, but the issue should be addressed with the cleaning crew. Otherwise, loved the stay.

Stay went well and we enjoyed the property. The dryer line may need a deep cleaning and there were tons of mosquitos outside.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a large family reunion. It was clean and stocked with everything we could have wanted. A huge selection of bicycles for every age, very child and pet friendly and a cook’s delight! We will definitely stay here again!

We cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and serving a large meal. I would definitely rent this house again in the future.The only glitch was there were no written instructions for the hot tub. I reached out to Sunset Lodging. They replied quickly and sent someone over right away.

We did experience No internet or tv for a full 24 hours upon arrival. Sunset lodging communicated with us of repair time. Would have appreciated a Credit for next stay but overall we had a relaxful time.

This house was awesome for our group which included seniors, adults, and an infant. Single level house with a good layout. Stocked with everything you need if you're traveling with an infant. The bikes were in great shape with a trailer hitch for the kiddo. Great hot tub under the stars. Highly recommend!

We chose this house because our elderly in-laws were joining us. Having a one level with two masters was SO great. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a grab bar to one of the showers. The house is really well supplied with tons of dishes, bikes, and linens. I wish it were a little closer to the village/SHARC, but it just means you get to ride your bike longer. We will definitely come back.

Umpqua 3 was just the right house for our multigenerational family visit. One story, plenty of room, a bbq that worked, hot tub, quiet cul d sac, ping pong table and lots of bikes. We would stay here again.

Loved the house, it was clean when we arrived. Nice variety of bikes. Lots of dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable and a lot of extra bedding in cabinets. Lots of hot tub towels but would have liked a few more bath towels. The lights in the hot tub did not seem to work correctly, they seemed like a strobe light so we had to leave them off which made the area dark but over all hot tub great. One lamp in front master bedroom didn’t work. Back deck was great. I would definitely stay at this house again. We had a great time. Thank you.
