Single Family Home in Logan w/ 2 Car Garage

Overall the house was perfect for my group. The kitchen layout was fantastic along with the open concept on the main level easy for all of us to hang out! I would definitely be prepared for a workout if you're having to load and unload your vehicle! If you have an extended SUV, please prepare to park on the street and it may not be in front of the house and the alley doesn't have room for any extra vehicles. I would also make sure you definitely pay attention to the date and time to make sure you put a PARKING PERMIT on the window every single day you're there because otherwise you will be towed!! I want to thank the host and his wife for their understanding of the situation and working with us while getting everything situated!

Wonderful kitchen open to two nice living spaces. We have a family of 10 ranging in ages from 18 months to 70 years old. This property is within walking distance of many restaurants and the Logan Square Blue Line. Matt is a wonderful Host who communicated promptly. Everything was there to make this a great vacation. Great bedrooms, large game room on the lower floor pleny of cookware, glasses, bathrooms etc. It is all there. Hope to return to this five star property and host.

The house was beautiful; everyone in the group was very complimentary of the setup and decor. Matt and Pam were super communicative and flexible, and they went above and beyond. Check-in and check-out were easy, the check-out instructions were very clear and reasonable. Overall, a great visit!

This was a great location and was well set up to accommodate 8 adults.

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful and very clean! Communication with the host was excellent, every message was timely! Accommodated request for early and late check in times. He also provided information about local spots in the neighborhood that we could visit. We will definitely book again.

Property is perfect. Beautifully decorated and with all the right bells and whistles. Location was perfect for a baseball weekend at Wrigley. Matt was an excellent host and kept in contact the entire weekend to make sure everything was as it should be. Highly recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay in Chicago. It accommodated my family well with room to spare. The pictures does not do it enough justice. The property owners were gracious host, they met ever need and kept constant communication. We look forward staying at this place again next time we visit Chicago.

Can’t recommend Matt’s home to anyone looking to be situation in a great Neighborhood in the city of Chicago. Close to the Blueline, amazing location to walk to restaurants or pubs. Perfect home couldn’t have asked for a better place. Great communication and pleasure to deal with.
