My home is located 10 min north of downtown Denver, 20 min from Boulder and 15 min to Golden and the Rocky Mountains. Sleeping 6 (and maybe 7 on the couch) with 2.5 bathrooms, this four year old house is a great starting point for your Colorado stay.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Bill has a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood that was centrally located for time softball tournament my daughter was playing in. It was also very close to most of our team activities. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of four to spread out during down time. The extra amenities such as toiletries and coffee were very much appreciated. Grocery stores were close and easy to access.

Stayed Aug 2, 2023Bill's home is one of the nicest places we have ever rented from. The home was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a nice place to hang out after sightseeing. The home felt comfortable, yet upscale. Even the outside area was a little garden oasis. We really enjoyed our stay and thank Bill for the use of his wonderful home. I wish I could give higher than 5 stars.

Stayed Jul 9, 2021Bill's place was a perfect stay for my family. Modern, high end, and clean. The house runs itself with timed lighting and automated temp control. The kitchen has all the amenities, and Bill left us a full bag of Starbucks beans to enjoy along with anything in the pantry and fridge. There was no shortage of condiments. My two teenage boys had their own spaces and loved the hot tub!

Stayed Jul 22, 2017Beautiful property and outstanding host! Bill is organized, attentive, and accessible. Location is ideal for day trips to Golden, Boulder, downtown Denver, Colorado Springs, and even Breckenridge. Property was clean and very nicely designed and decorated. Loved the outdoor area too. I would stay there again and I highly recommend considering it as well.
