Simply Sweet 3 Bedroom Home - near MS&T & Fort Leonard Wood

Good location for travel

Great location! Very clean with everything needed. Could use upgrades to mattresses and would be perfect.

This was our second time staying in this adorable cozy home. It’s a perfect home away from home when visiting our son at MS&T. Check-in/out is super easy and the host is very responsive! I made a mistake on our booking and didn’t book for enough nights…messaged the host and they promptly took care of me! We will definitely be back!!

Very cute,comfortable and clean. Located on A quiet residential street 3 minute drive from the college and 4 blocks from the Ozark Theater. We saw a Broadway caliber show there.We will stay there in the future!

This is a darling little home. Nicely decorated. The property owner/manager was quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. The house was clean when I arrived. The neighborhood was quiet. Located within minutes of the college campus and local shopping. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this home. The only issue we had was the dishwasher didn't work. Kelly was very responsive and informative when contacted. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute house - perfect for a weekend visiting MS&T. Kitchen well equipped, super comfy sectional in the living room. We ended up checking out early (because we wanted to drive home early) and contacting the host was a breeze. Only tiny issue was that the beds are a little creaky

This property was very cozy. We loved the kitchen and living area for hanging out. On the couple of occasions when I couldn't find something, I sent a message through the app and the owner/manager was very prompt in replying.

This house was perfect! It made us feel at home and the greatest thing was that it literally had EVERYTHING you need for your stay. Every utensil, cooking pot/pan, dishes and essentials were included which was so nice to have. This saved us from having to run to the store multiple times. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

While doing a college visit at Missouri S&T, we decided to stay in a vrbo. We were so happy with our choice! Both of our sons had their own room and it had a very comfortable and clean living space. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking and eatting in a breeze. Overall atmosphere was great! Thank you.Thanks so much!

Kelly was very detailed and thorough about the check in and checkout process. During the stay a tornado hit the town and Kelly was very responsive and helpful to ensure our safety. We are hoping the town recovers soon!

Well prepared and well furnished. Looked just as good in person as online. Comfortable and met a real need.

We loved our stay. The home was super cozy and decorated so cute. The location was perfect. Close to everything and S&T, which is where my daughter goes to school and plays basketball. If we ever need a place to stay in Rolla again, we will stay here.

The property unfortunately did not live up to our expectations. Immediately when we walked thru the door we noticed the smell of sewer being covered up by chemical cleaners. Once the cleaning products dissipated, the sewage smell seemed to get worse and worse. The walls and floors are so poorly insulated that we had to buy space heaters to keep the rooms our kids slept in warm enough for them. We also had to keep one in the living room to keep it warm. Finally, upon check in, we had to vacuum the entire place. The floors are so uneven that cracks were filled with dirt and crumbs.

It was a beautiful little house very impressed.

This is a cute little house. The kitchen is fabulous and the host was great to communicate with.

This was a perfect place to stay close enough to the beach we went for and in town for food options.

Overall, this rental was great. We took a quick trip to check out The Fugitive Beach and it was within minutes of everything we did while in Rolla.

just need the cleaning crew to pay attention to a few things they normal don't clean on a regular place. Coffee pot didn't work, there no hot tub it said you had one.
