Simply modern stunning house good vibes to relax.

In total the space was very nice and versatile. There's lots of space for everyone, and the area is safe. We stayed with 5 girls and everyone was able to have their own space to work on schoolwork, work, etc. and also have a nice space to cook, drink, and socialize with friends. The owner is on property, which I must've glanced over beforehand. They have multiple cars that they park at the house. She's very sweet and attentive, but there's a slight language barrier that caused some miscommunication. In total, I was very pleased with our stay in this beautiful home.

The house was great! The neighborhood was nice. The owner lives in a small attached apartment but you won't know she is there unless you ask for something, she was very nice. The house is very large with a huge screened in porch. Not a good place for loud gatherings.

Loved the experience. My friends and I stayed for two nights and it was exactly the kind of place we needed. Everything was neat and tidy. The only thing that was odd to us was that you weren’t allowed to flush the toilet paper....so that was interesting. Anyway, really did enjoy the stay! Thank you all!

It is modern, but not a big space only the master bedroom was a decent size the orher rooms were small not much space to put your clothes, also the garage was really smelly, and there was stuff inside the closets it looks like the owner lives there, it wanst so pleasant...

This property was not as advertised. Upon our arrival, we saw cluttered cabinets and drawers, and a dishwasher already filled with dishes. We were not allowed to flush toilet paper after using the bathroom. We honored the owner's bizarre request, but we also had to deal with the unsanitary conditions that resulted. This rule was not in the original listing. The listing advertised a two car garage. However, only one space was available because there was a car already in the garage when we arrived. The WiFi was not working and we could not connect after the first day. The guest room carpet was worn and stained. A bedroom door was also stained, and we saw mold on the ac vent in the bathroom. The bathroom shower drain smelled of raw sewage whenever we flushed the toilet. The most disturbing discovery was when we saw at least two other people living on the property. When I asked the owner about this, she claimed this information was in the listing. This is not true. When I booked the property, this was not disclosed. Before leaving the property, I shared my concerns with the owner. She was rude and accused us of breaking her sofa and leaving her home dirty. We did no such thing. In addition to paying a cleaning fee, we also emptied out all trash containers, made the beds, hand washed the dishes we used, put them away, and set aside the used linens/towels.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and in a great location. Wendy responded very quickly to all of my e-mails and questions that we had. My only suggestion would be to better stock the kitchen for cooking.

Overall a very nice place with great upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean, nice size overall very good. The queen bed in the guest room was like chevy’s motto, “Like a rock”. Other than the hard bed this was a great place.
