Simply Beachin' Beachfront Townhome, Miramar Beach, Summer Haven

Great location, great view, top floor bedroom was alittle hot, dishwasher had a bad smell, wish there was better patio furniture on deck, had everything we needed, had a great time would definitely book again!!

The owner or manager was very professional on discovery that my son had booked this without the required adult being present on the first night.

Parking was tricky but manageable for three cars. Management company was professional and friendly when I called w questions before booking.

We had a great time this past week. The place was perfect for all of us, and the walk to the beach from the house was amazing! The only thing we struggled with was parking. Our cars fit differently than the pictures showed, but we made it work and it was great. Will definitely look into staying there again.

Perfect place for a large family group! Being right on the beach was amazing and of all the places we have stayed this had the lost amenities. From a stocked kitchen to all the beach toys and chairs you could want! Only thing to be mindful of is the lower level queen/bunk beds room is the access to the back queen room and bathroom. Long as you are tracking that your fine! Otherwise great once and close to everything. Highly recommend and we come to the area all the time.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival we had 3 vehicles. We drove in and had a pick up truck large SUV and small SUV. All 3 vehicles did not fit. Thankfully the nice guests in the building adjacent to us didn’t need all of their space and allows us to park a vehicle there. None of our TVs would connect to wifi on the first 2 days. The first night I spent about an hour an half with the maintenance guy on the phone trying to trouble shoot the connection. He was scheduled to come the next day so I was on standby while trying to enjoy the beach. I received a call that he wasn’t going to make it u too later due to an emergency situation at another location. He did finally come although it was when we weren’t present. The first floor restroom had standing water issues in the sink and shower. The shower door is also tough to close and the first time using some force my hand slammed in between. The worst issue we encountered was on the 4th night we had a drunk man enter our rental because the door did not lock on the first floor. He was demanding his wife and really scared my nephew and sister in law. Thank god we didn’t have to use any force and he left after we told him too. It could have been worse for sure. The 3rd floor has not been updated like the rest of the rental. The sofas felt as if there was still sand on them. They may need to be vacuumed after each rental. The location was nice being right on the beach. Although it did the trick for our last minute trip to destin, we would not stay here again.
