Welcome to our Snug as a Bug listing! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique, short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! We kept it simple with this two bedroom home. We believe it's the perfect space for a cozy stay in Lansing :)

The Basement:

We would like to properly set your expectations for the basement. They should be low . It is an unfinished Michigan basement. Relevant synonyms: eery, creepy, spooky . We use it for storing extra materials, cleaning supplies, and random house things. You are more than welcome to use it as needed during your stay, but it is not meant to be a featured space. Judge us on the upstairs. It's super nice up there .

Guests have access to the entire home.

Our home is located in a seasoned, industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU.

We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.
