Approximately a 25 minute drive from Notre Dame Campus. You will feel right at home in our house on Simonton Lake. This home is very clean, enjoy relaxing poolside or having a cocktail at the bar watching the game on the outdoor TV; or even in the hot tub overlooking the lake.

We are about an hour away from the nearest casino but if you like to play games at the house we have darts, billiards, Golden Tee, putting green and more!

Also, you will feel safe knowing the Chief Of Police lives right next door and usually has his squad car parked outside.

Brad, the property owner was great to work with. He responded to any questions we had promptly. The house was as advertised. We went for a long weekend get away and the outdoor space was our main draw. It did not disappoint! We would definitely return.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Brad and he was helpful, courteous and friendly. The outside area is a dream, all ready for a great time. An outside small fridge and icemaker in the bar! The kitchen is perfect! Room for two chiefs at one time! We are looking forward to the new renovations he will be doing in the off season to the bedrooms for next years visit
