Park City Silver Star 501 Ski-In/Ski-out is a stunning townhome that is the perfect choice for your next Park City getaway — any time of year. You will have ski-/in-ski out access to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort, as well as convenient and fast access to the Park City Golf Course. In addition, you will be right on the free bus shuttle route for handy transportation throughout the entire area.

This three-level townhome offers 1,929 square feet of luxury living space with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to easily sleep up to 10 guests.

Entering the townhome's first level via the communal garage, and then up a flight of stairs puts you right into the main level great room, featuring the living room, kitchen and dining area. The main level front door also provides access to common areas including a fire pit with seating, clubhouse, and more.

Living Room: Offers lovely mountain contemporary furnishings, including a large sectional sofa, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Access the balcony where you'll enjoy a high-top table and chairs, a natural gas BBQ, and some mountain views.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end Viking appliances, including a four-burner gas range with griddle and a convection oven. The granite counters offer plenty of space for meal prep or entertaining. Additional amenities include the kitchen bar with seating for two, and the lovely hardwood flooring.

Dining Room: The dining area features hardwood flooring and a large table with seating for up to 10 people.

    Beautiful home with lots of room to enjoy spending time together as a family. Loved that it had 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms, a hot tub on the patio and allowed our dogs to join us for the weekend.

    Overall acceptable. Clean. Functional kitchen. Spacious great room. Lovely balconies. Great garage parking. Bed pillows need replacing. Very uncomfortable. Making it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. Toilet paper and paper towels not good. Suggest better brands. Charmin, Angel Soft, Bounty, Brawny. For the condo rental cost’ quality paper products should be standard. Laundry room excellent. Well-equipped, spacious, well-lit, and great location near bedrooms.
