I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience staying at the Silver Dolphin! Bright, sunny townhome, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wonderful views to Gulf, comfortable living/sitting spaces, and a very short walk to public beach access. Management company communicated well and was attentive. When we arrived the dryer was broken, but they notified us in advance of arrival, including which day a repairman would come. There is a clause in contract that there are no discounts for broken appliances, so beware. I do feel we should have had a pricing accommodation, as renting a beach place with kids in tow necessitates working appliances and are part of the determination of what property to rent. That said, it did get repaired on our 3rd day there, which was when we really needed to be able to wash/dry. The when the kitchen sink backed up one evening, and it was attended to quickly. All in all, the place was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Very short walk to the beach. I love that this area is not crowded. The house is comfortable with good views. It’s pet friendly. The house is also very clean. Blue Moon makes the check in/check out process very easy.

Stayed Apr 20, 2024The rental property was very nice. Location was very close to the beach, just a short walk ( couple min max ). The home itself was very clean and quiet. Host was easy to stay in contact with. Would stay here again for sure.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024Enjoyed the secluded beach with easy access. The house was great. Clean, older but recently remodeled, and spacious. Beds were very comfy. 2 balconies off bedrooms and a wrap around porch on the living area. Close to shops and restaurants.

Stayed Oct 7, 2023Loved the property and proximity to the beach. Calm and secluded area. Only complaint is lack of cable. Just basic channels. Hard to deal during football season!
