Complimentarytennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
Everything sits on a single level with no stairs, so getting around is easy for everyone in the group - whether that's young children, guests with pushchairs, or anyone who simply appreciates a layout that doesn't require a map. The main living area flows through to the kitchen and naturally out toward the backyard, with a TV and comfortable seating to gather around when the day is done. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for anyone keeping one eye on the real world between theme park runs.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. The king master suite includes a private bathroom and direct pool access - a setup that works well for the adults in the group who want a bit of breathing room. A second bedroom offers a king bed, the third a queen, and the fourth is a themed bedroom fitted with two twin beds, designed with younger guests in mind. Every room comes with a TV, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles group cooking without the usual chaos. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Cooking basics and barbecue utensils are stocked, and breakfast is provided each morning to get the day moving. When the mood calls for it, move things outside - the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area are ready to go.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is built around an inground pool with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area surrounding it. Pool heating is available for an additional fee - a good option if you're planning early morning or evening swims. Bikes are available for getting around the neighbourhood, and lake access is close by via a path when you want something quieter away from the parks.

Game room & entertainment
The converted garage has been transformed into a full game room stocked with arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and exercise equipment. It's the kind of space that earns its keep long after you've dried off from the pool - whether that's a competitive round between family members or a low-key evening winding down together.

Family-friendly features
Younger guests are well looked after throughout the home. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and life size games are all on hand. The indoor children's playroom and outdoor playground give kids their own dedicated spaces to burn energy, and the themed bedroom adds an extra layer of excitement for little ones. Babysitter recommendations are available if you need a night off.

Comfort & practicalities
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable through every shift in Florida's weather. A washer, dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and full bed linens are all provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, bidet, and cleaning products. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none face any interior space. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit round things out.

Getting around & logistics
Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival straightforward. Free parking is available on-site and on the street. The home is pet-friendly, and guests have access to nearby resort facilities. Housekeeping is available at an additional cost, long-term stays are welcome, and a private entrance keeps arrivals simple from the moment you pull up.
