Stayed Mar 20, 2025Adorable house and property with lots of room and super close to everything and the beach. Light sleepers should bring a fan, because of traffic noise. We very much enjoyed our stay!!!

Stayed Feb 22, 2025Nice property, had everything we needed. Private backyard and plenty of space inside. About 2 miles downtown. Some road noise, but we had no trouble sleeping.

Stayed Jan 25, 2025We had a fabulous time in Sarasota. If any of your clients need a place on the west coast of Florida I highly recommend it. The house ended up being great and convenient to everywhere we needed to be. And siesta key beach (which we went to a lot)

Stayed Jan 5, 2025It was very spacious - bigger than we were expecting, and extremely clean. Also pretty well equipped. Just a couple of issues. The street was quite busy and it could be noisy. It wasn't a deal breaker but worth mentioning. Also, it was January and overnight lows 40-45. The heating was very effective in the eating/living area, but the bedrooms could be chilly.

This home is in an excellent location, close to Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, and many good restaurants and shops.
