This spacious 3BR 2BA sanctuary comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, offering a king-sized bed, a queen, twin bunk beds, and a cozy twin sleeper sofa. Soak in the sunlight in the expansive open living area, cook gourmet meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and share laughter over board games in the dining space.

Perfect for working vacations, the house also includes a handy workspace. With high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer for your convenience, a pack 'n play for your little ones, and beach essentials like towels & chairs, we've got you covered!

Nestled just minutes away from stunning Siesta Key Beach and the captivating Venice beaches, Siesta Paradise is the perfect base for your beach getaway. Please note, the hot tub is available for a nominal fee of $75 per day. Please let us know ahead of your stay so we can have it ready and warm for you.

Siesta Paradise boasts a stellar location in the heart of Sarasota, offering easy access to Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota's vibrant eateries, nightclubs, art galleries and waterfront parks, the upscale St. Armands Circle, biking trails, local parks, and the conveniently-located Sarasota-Bradenton Airport (SRQ). Enjoy the tranquility of a residential neighborhood while being at arm's length from all that Sarasota has to offer.

House Rules: Guests are responsible for filling up the propane gas and cleaning the grill after each use. A starter kit of essentials is provided for your convenience. The property is professionally cleaned before your arrival and has monthly pest control and quarterly HVAC servicing. Trash and recycling pickup is on Thursdays. Two external cameras are installed for security purposes. Two pets under 40 pounds are allowed for an additional fee.
