Siesta Key Master suite 1 Lg BR & 1 large bonus rm w bed Heated Pool & Pets ok

Great place to stay. Close enough to the beach and a bonus that we found out, is that since it isn’t right on the water, you can drive to a bunch of different beaches all fairly close, and all with very different terrains. The pool is great as well, as it’s covered with a screen so bugs and leaves don’t get in, but you also get the sunshine to come in. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice. Barb was very helpful with anything we needed and we would definitely stay there again.

I booked this property for 3 days in Jan. 2020 for my adult son and I. It is listed as two bedroom, two bathroom. It has only one bedroom with a full bathroom attached. The 2nd bathroom is located outside of the living area next to the pool. The 2nd room has two sofa's,TV, small sink and apartment size fridge. The owner did not indicate that one of the sofa's was a sofa sleeper. Sheets were supplied only with the master bed. So this is only TWO rooms. There is no washer or dryer, Had this been an accurate description of this property I would not have booked it for our time in Sarasota. The 2nd bathroom was not clean. The owners live in the house and rent these two rooms. It would be lovely for a couple, but not for a family needing two actual bedrooms. Very disappointing.

The info was misleading. The second bathroom is outside, isn't easy to use when its 37 degrees outside.The second bedroom is a sleeper in the living/dining area no privacy at all. There is no cooktop, and the sink in the kitchen is a mop sink.

This is a duplex with the owner on site. There is no hot tub. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, and a master bathroom. The second bed is a pullout couch in the living area and the second bathroom is outside in the utility room by the pool. There is limited parking because the owner has a vehicle in the garage and in the driveway. The pool was well heated, but is in the shade due to mature trees.

Host was very welcoming, great amenities, very clean home. We will be coming back.

We only stayed for 3 days but loved our stay. Owner was very nice and the pool was our favorite part!

Nice place not far from the beach. Private pool. Comfortable bed. Lots of TV choices for the kids. Overall a nice stay.

It was a good place to stay and the host's were very nice. Huge bed room and very nice shower and bathroom. The heated pool was very nice and the kids enjoyed that very much!

Great location--short hop to Turtle Beach and the many sites and restaurants-quiet area to stay in-very private

I rarely would leave a bad review even if I have one but I feel like I should let people know about this one….this not a 2/2 house, it is a bedroom efficiency connected to their home. Once i booked I googled the address & it looked to be a much larger home than listed so i emailed to the owner & asked if it was a seperate unit she assured me it was “completelySeperate” from their home. It is in fact connected directly to their home with a door to what seemed to be their bedroom! The first night we were there I did not hear anyone but the next day I could hear her Having a whole conversation on the phone then right after I could hear her speaking to her husband about what outfit she was going to wear..… I wonder which one she picked …. lol we left shortly after & did not stay the second night. We did speak with her as we were leaving & let her know we were disappointed by the description on Vrbo. On the positive side the size of the bedroom was very large & bathroom was very nice. It does have a living room area with a dining area and efficiency kitchen. Overall it was a very nice place but the close connecting factor Made me a little uncomfortable.

The location was good. I was super disappointed that the pool was cold during our entire stay! The pool was the SOLE reason i booked it. The place was not clean upon check-in! I called the owner and he quickly came to spiffy it up. But every definitely needs a good deep cleaning. They did have everything there that we needed. And the master bedroom was nice

Not a true 2 bedrooms but it did sleep all 5 of us. Great location. Friendly host

My husband our dog Roxie and I had a great time staying here. It had everything we needed. We were able to bring my 94 year old mother over for a cookout on Mothers Day. We used to live in Florida about 15 years ago and this mini vacation brought back memories. We are planning another trip down and will be staying here again.
