Stayed Jan 9, 2026The property was clean, spacious and quiet. Location was convenient with many places to visit and shops at within minutes from the house. I loved the landscaping with the star fruit tree in the side yard.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025The host had good communication. The place was clean and well located for our needs. The 3rd bedroom and 3rd bathroom are kind of add ons but were fine. The tv was HUGE and perfect for our family to catch up on Stranger Things!!

Stayed Nov 27, 2025The house is in a great location and easy to get to everywhere in Sarasota area. We really enjoyed the open layout and the kitchen was well stocked. The TV was amazing being so large and able to watch football. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom which is very helpful. We did not find any extra bedding for the sofa bed but made due with blankets from home. The bathroom products were great and even extra touches like qtips and makeup towels. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool due to unseasonably cooler temperatures. But I imagine during normal florida weather it would be welcoming! And there is a nice table outside. We would rent again!
