Stayed Mar 3, 2022We absolutely enjoyed this lovely place and thanks a lot to the lovely hosts! The apartment has an amazing view (even from the beds which are quite comfy), is well equipped and has a beautiful terrace. We had a rental car and you reach Funchal in a few minutes. The owners were extremely friendly and even gave us fruits like bananas and papayas from the garden when we arrived. There is no street noise and we found the place very calm and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!!!

Stayed Sep 18, 2018We've been there for the second time, this time for longer (11 days). As last time, everything is perfect for this kind of stay. Hosts are very friendly and language barrier is not a barrier :) Recommend!

Stayed Feb 24, 2018We had a very nice time, even though the weather wasn't great. An advantage of the location Canico is that with western winds he weather tends to be sunnier in the eastern part of the island. The apartment is well equipped, in a beautiful location. Parking can be difficult, and the owner's claim to speak English is wildly exaggerated

Stayed Apr 2, 2017A great location for seeing the island. 10 mins from airport & 10 mins from Funchal in opposite direction means everything is assessable.
