The home could make for an incredible stay- however essentials are not priority for the owner/management team.*It absolutely needs to have a thorough cleaning-There were still crumbs on the floor & counter tops & not sure the last time the inside of cabinets were cleaned in the kitchen from prior guests.*The refrigerators were not cold like they are required to be-management tried to say that it's because they have to acclimate to the guests-however, they already weren't cold upon our arrival. I had to keep my turkey in an ice chest full of ice so that it would be safely cold before Thanksgiving.*The dishwasher is broken. You can't slide the bottom tray in or out without two people. It's missing its sprayer & it doesn't clean the dishes well at all-so every morning we had to rinse off plates & rinse out coffee cups, glasses, etc. to be acceptable for use.*The barbecue does not get hot enough to actually cook. Management did come out said they fixed it, but we had to move 20 pieces of chicken into the kitchen oven to finish cooking it.*The hot tub stop getting hot so we couldn't use it for about 24 hours. Management did come out got it working, but it was very disappointing because that is a highlight for our family.The owner management team should take pride in this home-new refrigeration, new dishwasher get the hot tub in working order & find out why the bbq doesn't get hot enough. Disappointing to say the least, because those things are essential for a nice stay.

The house was beautiful and great fit for 14 adults. There were some minor hiccups, but property management was quick with responding and solved them.

Disappointing Stay - Significant Issues Need AddressingOur recent stay at this VRBO cabin was unfortunately marred by several significant issues that detracted from our overall experience. While we appreciate the potential of the property, the current state of amenities and maintenance made for a less-than-ideal vacation.Upon arrival, we were immediately impacted by a refrigerator that was not cold, necessitating a delay in proper food storage. This was a considerable inconvenience and something that should have been addressed prior to our check-in.The hot tub took an excessive amount of time to heat up, rendering it unusable for extended periods and limiting our enjoyment of this anticipated amenity.Furthermore, several in-cabin features were problematic: * Our TV would not connect to the house internet, preventing us from watching television in the bedroom. * The dryer was highly inefficient, taking 1.5 hours to dry just 6 towels. Whether this is due to elevation or a faulty heating element, it significantly impacted our ability to manage laundry. * We observed numerous spiders throughout the cabin, indicating a need for more diligent pest control. * The bed in our room was quite squeaky, disrupting sleep with every movement. * Minor issues included the need for TLC (tender loving care) for window screens and the shower knob.While we under

We had a great adventure on our vacation at Lake Tahoe! We enjoyed a double decker pontoon boat, kayaking, jet skiing, and dining on beach front patios! The VRBO was accommodating to all of the different ages in our family……….a wonderful place to stay! Thank you!

We spent several nights and enjoyed our stayed. The house was spacious to accommodate all of us. The game room was a hit with the young and older kids. And the hot tub was a nice touch after a cold swim in Lake Tahoe. Nice parking area and garage as well. The place does need some TLC though. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed.

The pictures did not do this place justice. Insane views and very nice interior! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

We had 11 people stay in the home for my father in laws birthday. It was perfect. Lots to do, close to Heavenly Village and plenty of bedrooms.

The home provided all the amentities we needed. The home needs some love and attention: - Some beds were rock hard - Another had a metal box spring that squeeks with every move being very annoying, making bed unusable - Microwave turntable did not work properly - Dishwasher bottom rack was broken making diswasher difficult to use - Grill iginitor does not work requiring a lighter to light the gas - No available beach towels requiring purchasing towels to go to beaches - Communic ation with Branch was excellent. Always answered the phone with a live person to answer questions
