Whether you are a Cubs fan or a fan of sunshine & shopping, a Shortstop at Sloan will be the perfect getaway. You can work or play from this 3 bed, 2 bath home w/ private pool. We are located directly across the street from the Cubs Spring training facility as well as Riverwalk Park, with a fishing pond, splash pad, and walking paths. Last, but certainly not least, pups are welcome! Our pet friendly home is complete with fenced yard, kennel, beds, and toys. TPT LICENSE: 21443630 We have aking and two queen mattresses. During your stay, enjoy years of baseball memorabilia and collectables, photos of Cub events, and books full of Cubs’ history. Then take time to make your own memories at Sloan Stadium and the businesses in the surrounding area that honor the Cubs, Angels, Diamondbacks, Cardinals and ASU teams. Don’t forget to leave a picture for our Cub’s Fan Memory Wall. If you’re coming for the shopping and sunshine, hang at the pool until afternoon and then grab your purse and head to Tempe Marketplace (5 minute drive) or to Riverview Park and shopping center (just across the street) for dinner, a movie and retail therapy. Parking is free off the street drive way parking for two vehicles. Guests can choose as much or as little interaction with the host as they'd like. Access to the home is via a door code, so no in-person check-in is required. The host resides in AZ and is available through the app during business hours and via cell phone for after-hours emergencies. Neighborhood is an established area of Mesa, right across the street from Riverview park, Sloan Stadium, and close to both the 101 and 202 freeway. Pool is not heated. Pet Fee $30 a day.
