Short walk to the beach with great golf views!

Great place! Clean with plenty of room and close to the beach!

All 4 trash bins were full upon arrival with garbage in front and back yards. Trash attracted raccoons, which we saw while on property. The back/side yard had trash, dog manure, and deflated pool toys. We are responsible pet owners and own a pool, which attracted us to this property. However, we pick up after our pet. Pool was not clean upon arrival. We are pool owners and understand the need to remove leaves, etc. The pool net was ripped from its form where only half the netting was attached to the form. Consequently, we could not clean the debris from the pool. One bedroom shower floor has black grout or perhaps it is grime around its perimeter. Nevertheless, this shower is unsightly. One kitchen cabinet drawer could not open fully because the refrigerator blocked the path. I called Island getaways' property manager on Tuesday to report all 4 trash bins being full, no room for our garbage, dirty pool, and damaged pool net. After my call, trash was picked up, etc. However, during our stay i can only verify the pool being cleaned once for our use. The beds were comfortable on a positive note. Would we rent again, no.

On day 1 and our experience has not been positive. House is dated and unclean. Washing machine had a broken leg. Outdoor gas grill is corroded and will not light. Pool heater is broken. Unless things improve, we will never be Island Getaway guests again.

A very spacious and comfortable house. The setting is excellent looking out onto the 2nd tee of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. The pool is large, and was cleaned twice while we were here, beds very comfortable, on a nice quiet street. We had deer in the yard almost every day. The master bath is fantastic, huge and with a very fancy walk in shower. The kitchen was very usable, however the stock needs an updating. Unfortunately things do disappear, but it’s time to take inventory and replenish. Examples are lids that fit the pots and pans, knives of different types. All in all, we had a great time and had only the most minor of annoyances.

We have loved this house! The pool and view of the golf course was awesome! Definitely will be staying here again!!

Great home! Few minor issues, but Island Getaways took care of them, and were no impact to our stay. Loved the pool and master bathroom! Kitchen was perfect for our needs, and we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Great house with spacious bedrooms and a great pool area.

This was the best place we have stayed in 35 years of coming to HHI. Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated well thought layout. We have stayed on the beach and another part of the family still does and this was nicer than theirs.

This was our first time at 31 Haul Away and it blew us AWAY! We had 3 couples and 2 children. It was a perfect set up. Three gorgeous king bed with baths and a bunk room and bath for the children. The great room with open concept was comfortable and plenty big for all us to watch tv, play games And eat comfortably. The view to the pool and golf coarse was spectacular! We enjoyed the sunset every night! I would highly recommend this house. We were just a few blocks from the beach access and Pickleball/tennis courts. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful! I honestly cannot think of anything we lacked. We will definitely return! The management company was also very helpful with recommendations and questions! Perfect “10” all around.

Overall this is a nice house, but some maintenance is necessary. The home could use some updating though as well as some general maintenance. The master bedroom still had a tube TV. All the TV's in the house were a bit on the old side. My biggest complaint would be general maintenance. The landscaping was poorly maintained. The grass was high when we got there and was never cut the entire week. This I believe caused a lot of knat problems out back by the pool. Also the pool was very nice but could use some work around the pool. The umbrella was broken and taped to stay partially open and the pool area could definitely use a power washing.
