Short walk to the beach from this luxury beach house with hot tub and golf cart

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this home. The space was great, with various comfortable places to relax. Super furnishings and appointments - the kitchen had everything we could think of. We enjoyed the hot tub, used the golf cart to get down to the beach, had lovely coffee in the peaceful back yard. It was nice to be in the quieter end of PCB - we could drive down to go out to eat if we wanted, but got to relax all the time. Close grocery stores, nice sidewalk along 30A for running in the morning. The host is great, fast communication.

Zac has truly went above and beyond in making this home nothing but pure comfort! There was so much attention to detail for your vacation needs! There were plenty of huge beach towels, tons of sand toys, chairs, etc / it was so nice having the cooler and wagon also! The hot tub and fire table were a huge hit! Had a question or two during our stay and Zac was so quick to answer right back. Beds were amazing, the kitchen was beyond stocked as well as a few surprise goodies in the pantry, the closets had a ton of extra linen and lots of hangers available! As a busy (and tired) mom of 4, I LOVED not having to clean everything the morning of check out! This was our first year not staying right on the beach in a high rise condo, and we were all so pleasantly surprised! The gold cart made the trip to the beach super easy! Even in peak season, the beach was never crowded. Cannot wait to stay here again!

House and property are very well taken care of. In a quiet neighborhood a couple blocks from the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Zach for sharing your home with us. We will def be back.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this perfect 3/2 home over Memorial Day weekend. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need, the den furniture is very comfortable, all beds were comfortable with nice bedding, and the bathrooms were very spacious. The back yard was one of our favorite spots - so cute and private. The kids really enjoyed the relaxing hot tub each evening after a day at the beach. We have rented MANY times in PCB, and we really appreciate a golf cart to be able to haul all of ourselves and beach stuff to the beach, especially in the heat of the summer. So this was another reason we chose this home. If you want to be on the quieter end of PCB, close to 30A, tons of restaurants, and super close to two grocery stores, this is your place. We had zero problems or complaints. Zachary was very helpful with any questions we had. Do not hestitate to book this home!

We had the absolute best time staying at this property! There were 7 people (3 adults, 1 teenager, 2 children, and 1 toddler) staying, and there was plenty of room for each of us. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils you need for family meals. The backyard was perfect for the kids to run around and play, and the beach was only a block down the road. Easy to walk or drive to. It's the best location because you're close to Rosemary and Panama City attractions without the noise and traffic! We would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a destination wedding and this was the perfect accommodation for my family. Pristine condition, roomy, beautifully decorated. We appreciated the nice touches like snacks, an informative binder on how to work the many amenities, and toiletries. We felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! We will definitely book again whenever we are back in this area of Florida.

This rental was the cleanest, most equipped VRBO we’ve stayed in to date! We had a group of 3 families and this was, by far, the best rental we have ever stayed. And we travel a lot for our kids traveling soccer teams. The backyard yard is magical and perfect for a relaxing evening with kids or adults. The hot tub was clean and nice. Everything we didn’t even know we needed was provided! The beds were super comfortable. There were snacks and beverages in the fridge which was a very sweet touch! There were even condiments and extra trash bags which you always forget you need in a VRBO. The owner was lightening fast at communication and even came by to fix the leaking hose on the fire pit while we were there! We put the deposit down on the golf cart and the refund was processed the same day that we checked out. The golf cart was perfect for our families for getting back and forth from the beach. It wasn’t too far of a walk but just enough that you wouldn’t want to go back and forth without the golf cart, especially with kids. It was about a minute drive in the super nice, newer garage kept golf cart. I am horrible at remembering to leave reviews but this one deserves it. A lot of time and effort was put into making this a place you would want to stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
