Short walk to the bay and bike trails

We all had a great time! The house was perfect for our stay and very well taken care of and everything we needed was there. I couldn't have found a better location. It was such a short walk to the bay beach and another short walk to Cox Hall (both were our dog's favorite to explore). Everything else was just a short drive away. The side deck was amazing- we spent every second at the house sitting out there. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again.

The property was excellent inside and out. The owners supplied many outdoor games including Cornhole. And plenty of board games. Their tape and CD' collection was enormous. Lisa and John were available when needed. And the beach was just 2-3 blocks away. An easy walk.

Overall great place. Could use some updating in bathrooms and appliances. Love the side porch.

Cute quiet place on beautiful block in Cape May with plenty of space for a whole family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. The porch overlooking the pond was quiet and relaxing. The bay was a short walk away and the nearby nature preserve was great for fishing and quiet walks along the trails. A quick drive to the beach and downtown Cape May was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

It was very nice and cozy. Inside was very lovely decorated made you feel like you were at the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

This is our 3rd stay at this property. And everytime we come down something new has been done from adding deck or nice fencing or concrete work. The owners spend money to keep this place looking good and we always enjoy our stay. A

We had a really nice stay - the house was very comfortable and clean - loved the side porch! Right across from the pond so that was fun and relaxing to watch. Quick walk to the bay and the Cox wildlife preserve nearby where my husband went fishing and I went bike riding. Our pup loved the back yard and the porch. And of course a short ride to Cape May - downtown, beaches, ice cream, restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Great rental property, close to beach, very clean and comfortable, the deck on the side is a great place to relax and chill out.

Clean house comfy couches and beds. Short drive to cape May and quick walk to Delaware bay beaches. Next street over was a walking trail cox creek I believe it’s called. Overall perfect!

House was great for a family of 6. There was plenty of room. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch.

Our multi generational family had a very comfortable stay here. Lisa was great to work with. The house had lots of amenities (especially beach stuff) and plenty of room. There are so many choices for where to eat your meals inside and out in this house. We took short walks to the beach in the morning and at sunset but spent our beach time on the ocean side since the kids were older. It was a good base for that and to visit Wild wood and Cape May zoo, etc…

We were a group of four adults and the space is perfect size Plenty of room. The enclosed deck and private fenced back yard are great! Will consider returning with our dog for sure! Neighborhood quiet and nice. Great bike trails nearby. Didn’t know about them right away but a friendly neighbor let us know! Easy drive or walk to bay. Plenty of things nearby to do and places to eat are plentiful! Loved being so close to so. Many things. Kitchen well stocked. No complaints at all!

We encountered no issues or problems with our stay. Everything was as described. Some things were a little outdated, but in good working order. If you're looking for a nice house close to the beach, but not too close, this is a good one.

We enjoyed our week in the Villas. Super clean property and many amenities for comfort! Would definitely recommend. Property owners quickly responded with a minor lock box issue.

The house was very clean and the decorations were adorable! I felt very much at home. Plenty of room for my family! My dog had a nice fenced yard. Lots of supplies and chairs in the shed. I couldn’t be more pleased. All Good! Thanks Lisa and Jack

It was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our family and our dog! We will definitely go back again!

This is my second year staying at this Home on the Lake. Still spik and span clean. They added a fence in the backyard which was fantastic for the dog and the deck is great. I always bring my own Roku when I travel so I get all my TV subscriptions and the Wi-Fi is great. I really want to thank the owner Lisa for pleasantly dealing with me when I realized I missed the last installment and ended up paying it the day before the stay. Good place and people. Thanks!
