Short walk to South Beach & Town - Updated 5BR/3BA w/ Putting Green - Sleeps 12

We really enjoyed our stay here. The inside of the house is beautiful and it looks brand new with modern finishes throughout. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms are all big and beautifully decorated. It was nice to have three bathrooms with showers for our big family. We enjoyed hanging out together in the living room, and making meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The location of the house couldn’t be better- a short walk to the beach and a short walk to downtown. We spent a day downtown ice skating, shopping at the small stores, and even did a yoga class at Cafe Julia. The hosts were welcoming and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

We had the best mother/daughter trip with friends and stayed at this beautiful VRBO for 3 nights. The location was perfect. The golf cart was a nice perk. The communication with the owner was amazing. Wish we had more time to explore this adorable town. If you have the chance, snatch up this property for your stay and make sure you catch a sunset on the pier. Thanks for the memories!

Our stay was amazing!! The location is centrally located to every thing. The amenities were like no other place we have stayed. It was beyond our expectations.

Kathy was extremely prompt in answering all of our questions. The home was perfect for our group and offered a great layout for relaxing inside and out. The kids enjoyed the putting green, basement games, and golf cart. Accessibility to the beach and town made the location excellent. Overall a great experience and we recommend it!

We had the absolute best time at Kathy’s place in South Haven. We were just a few short blocks from the beach, definitely walkable, a few short blocks from town and we had access to a golf cart with a beach parking pass!! Both north and south beach are exceptional, lots of sand and fairly shallow water for little people. All in all, we could not have hoped for a better place to stay!!!

Very pretty and updated property, The owner was extremely responsive. I asked if there were any roasting sticks, there were not, but got delivered in a few hours. A lot to do at the property- putting green, fire pit, video games, board & card games, a lovely front porch with ceiling fans & nice back deck with seating for 10 or more. The golf cart was a big hit with us and our grandkids! Short walk or golf cart ride to town & beach An overall great place to stay!

My family and I stayed in the lovely Golden Sunray. A spacious home and the host Kathy had so much information for us on things to do and see. She was very gracious when I had questions. Also snacks and wine greeted us.

Our family has been a VRBO user for close to 10 years, and this property is at the top of the list in terms of all that you look for: the house itself is lovely, the house is fully stocked in terms of everything you’d need and then some. Communication with the host was great, questions were answered very quickly. The location is so convenient. I could go on..

One of the best properties we have ever stayed! The owner had thought of everything to make our stay the best! I could find nothing that was lacking. The location is perfect! We could walk everywhere! And the golf cart was the icing on the cake! My grand children LOVED it! I could go on and on but the fact that we are already booking for next year says it all!

What a lovely South Haven home! Location was easy walk to beach and town . Home had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The outdoor space and outdoor games allowed us to gather as a family to eat and hang out very easily . Kathy was patient with my many questions and responded quickly. We would definitely rent again!

One of my favorite houses in 8 summers of vacationing in South Haven. The house had lots of little extras that I’ve not seen in other rentals. Perfect location. Plenty of space. The hosts were wonderful to work with…definitely recommend!

Beautiful home. Loved the cleanliness and attention to detail! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We used the golf cart multiple times a day. One evening was cool enough to have a fire out back. Love the string lights carefully hung! Nice private space. Others enjoyed the video game arcade downstairs. Used and loved the fancy washer and dryer. Rode the bikes through the neighborhood .Comfortable and clean furniture to watch tv with and the electric fireplace adds great ambiance. Walked to the farmers market downtown. Loved Cafe Julia! I spoke with owner about some minor issues, she went into action immediately , as did her property manager and all was well. Appreciated all the consumables that were there for us…coffee, oils, spices, plenty of toilet paper .We would definitely return to this home. Thank you for everything!

This home is 5 stars! Everything that was provided was all top of the line! We plan to book this home again for our family trip for next summer!

We were a group of 6 college friends getting together to celebrate some 65th birthdays. In addition to the home being clean, beautiful, exceptionally well organized and in a wonderful location, the hosts welcomed us with some special gifts targeted specifically to us. The house is very spacious and has too many amenities to mention. We could not have been more pleased!

Beautiful home snd location was breath taking! There was not a detail left out. Was there for a wedding but had time to enjoy South Haven and the beach!! Will definitely return to your home for a destination vacation!!!❤️
