Stayed Aug 2, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in a great location. Three short blocks to beach. Lots of parking - 2 in driveway, no permit needed for off street parking. Roomy for our 2 mid size dogs. Clean upon arrival. Huge kitchen, lots of counter space. Lots of kitchen utensils but Bring your own sharp knife. One set of dish pots and pans. Bring your own spices. Linen rental was ok - sheets felt like sandpaper and towels were thin. Big Thumbs down on bedding. There’s a queen in each bedroom with floor space for a blow up mattress if needed so plenty of room but Beds were VERY uncomfortable and could use an update. Nice outside, screened in porch. Living room was huge. LOVED the sofa and pull out. House was good for us but needs some updating to kitchen cabinets and bathrooms. Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs shower drain is clogged. Double air unit for upstairs and downstairs - worked great. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 7, 20254 blocks to the beach. Nice handrail on the 1st floor bathroom. Bedroom on 1st floor. Screened in porch which my dog loved.
