Great location, easy communication with property manager, pet friendly. This was our 4th stay in this unit. Definitely recommend.

Property was clean and great location. Check-in and Check-out was easy. Wasn't a problem for us, when we entered we noticed that the back door was not locked. We would recommend this for pet friendly renters.

Enjoyed our stay and the location was very good. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Will need a bigger cottage next time.

This year sand was in the bath tub a hat was under the couch. Floor is always gritty. Seems to lack necessary items in the kitchen. No bread pans of any kind. If you cook you might want to take a nice frying pan and a bread pan. We enjoy the room it has as a large family.

This is an excellent location on a small lane and canal close to the beach. The layout is great; 8 of us were very comfortable. The pool could have been cleaner ( only so much a skimmer can do). A very good NMB/ Cherry Grove location.

Location, location, location. Sorry, I almost forgot, It has a great laundry room and swimming pool for use in warm weather.
