It's quiet and all of the neighbors renting coming in the other units have been exceptionally nice & respectful. The pool is ALWAYS clean! For the price you pay all of the Retreat Myrtle Beach properties are an AMAZING deal!

Jean at the office is amazing & is so helpful. The property is clean, updated & well taken care of.

Our stay was great! Great location, enough space and quick access to the beach and a pool. My only complaint was the upstairs floor/bottom floor ceiling. I don’t know if the people above us were heavy footed or just loud but it was very apparent when someone was walking across the room upstairs. So much so that my young child asked why the ceiling fan was shaking.

I like staying there in the neighborhood and I like that it's convenient and really close to walk to the beach and the pool.

We brought our two large breed dpgs, so staying on the first floor was very convenient. I want to brag on and thank the maintenance oncall guy which was very nice and prompt, we had an issue with the air conditioner but he had someone over there to fix it with then 30 minutes. Great costumer service.

Cons:We hated the built in table and benches which were awkward and uncomfortable. I wished there would have been just one full length mirror. The built in beds were very difficult to make because of the proximity to the walls.We found the couches quite uncomfortable, and it was awkward not to have at least one chair that you could sit on.We had been told the washer and dryer would be free, but when we arrived there were coin operated machines (but only one each to share between everyone), and this was very inconvenient as we had no local bank, and obtaining sufficient coins for regular use was difficult. Despite these issues, we would recommend the property because the street was not a through street, the beach was close, and we love the area.
