Stayed May 25, 2024Loved the location, great space for everyone, close walk to beach and pool or you can drive to beach with your stuff and park in a small parking lot. Private access to beach, gated community, safe, not cluttered with tourism stuff. DG is close and restaurant right across road. Great stay and will stay again if we come back for vacation to Fort Morgan.

Stayed May 21, 2023Arranged a brief beach vacay with my college-aged children. We all had a relaxing and great time. The group loved how close the beach was and the house was well-equipped for grilling and casual breakfasts. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Jan 21, 2023Great place for a family. Because it is on the end of Fort Morgan, it can get very windy. 5 minutes or less from the beach. Nice area to walk your dog.
