SHORE BREAK HOUSE... Where Turf Meets Surf!

I was excited for my stay, I was supposed to have my partner with me but things changed, checked in, place is clean, seemed actually good, until I got back the first night, train was right behind said location so I could hear that, neighbors to the right of me were very quiet, that night homeless were going through trash can at all hours, realized door lock pin for two piece door was broke, I messaged host and next day they were there to fix, however I didnt stay that next night because upon arrival there were 5 guys blocking the driveway, i felt very uncomfortable, told the host, because door wasnt secure. So I had to find somewhere else to stay. Also the garage door doesnt lock in which the electrical room is open to guests next door above. I didnt sleep in the room either as it was very cold, heat only in living room. Place is nice however I wont be back to this location alone as I didnt feel safe at all. The new neighbors that came in following night were loud, but to be expected. I dont know, I guess I should of done more research of the area.
