ShipFaced Beach House-Beach Front with Pool!!

We had the best week! We had a full house but there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Every detail of the house is lovely. The pool heater didn’t work but they sent someone right away. Unfortunately they were unable to fix it. The house was well stocked with everything you needed to get started. If I have one suggestion it would be for the home owners to double the amount of pots and pans and add some food storage containers or to recommend guest bring their own. We struggled to cook for 24 with what was provided. Otherwise the house was perfect for our group. We would definitely recommend or stay there again.

Our multi-family stay at ShipFaced was amazing! The first thing my sisters and I noticed is that the house is actually bigger than expected. We honestly thought it was going to be more narrow, but were pleasantly surprised! First/ground floor: entrance into the house Second floor: kitchen, living space with the patio and pool, a laundry & 2 queen bedrooms that face the street Third flood: 2 gulf view rooms, 2 street view rooms, an area with a couch & a laundry Fourth floor: 2 gulf view rooms, 2 street view rooms & and open space that contains a queen bunk & a wet bar area After reading a few recent reviews before our stay we were worried about the elevator as my parents wouldn’t be able to use the stairs to get to the primary master on the top floor, but the we had no problems with it. Both doors have to be completely closed before you can either use it or call it to your floor and if you remember that you won’t have an issues with it either. The pool came in handy for afternoon beach breaks and when my 2yr old daughter decided she hated the beach! The management company was easy to communicate with, I had texted for a few recommendations and they responded quickly. We wished there was a little robot vacuum just on the floor with the kitchen and living room as that gets the most sand tracked in. Other than, everything was great! Would highly recommend for big families to rent! Thanks for a great vacation home to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary!

Property was nice and big enough for our family. Did see a couple of roaches and the multi unit across the road makes the beach busier for that area.

It was beautiful

We had a wonderful vacation at Shipfaced as this property was beautiful. Its a very clean home and in a great location on the beach. Make sure you inquire about the pool working before your arrival. Unfortunately, we were unable to use it during our weeklong stay for spring break. There is direct access to the beach from the backyard. However, it requires you to ascend/descend a small but relatively steep hill. This wasn't a problem for the children or the middle-aged parents in our group, thankfully. Communication with the property management was excellent. 1st floor is the entrance and there are no bedrooms. 2nd floor is kitchen/ living room area with two bedrooms facing the street. 3rd floor has four bedrooms with a sitting area. Two of these bedrooms face the beach. The fourth floor also has four bedrooms with two facing the ocean. There is a twin bunk on the fourth floor along with a small refrigerator and sink. Overall you will enjoy. The two refrigerators in the kitchen were nice.

Shipfaced was a beautiful home. The accommodations with beds and baths together for our group was great. The kitchen is stunning with doors opening to the deck and pool facing the ocean. There were three primary things that were disappointing...1)the pool was never heated (broken) and we had to be in daily communication with the property manager Luxury Coastal. 2)the was no boardwalk as advertised and in fact a 5 foot sharp drop from the back yard to the beach which limited access from the home to the ocean especially for grandparents- which was immediately brought to the attention of Luxury Coastal but not addressed 3)the elevator did not effectively work without need to hold each door closed at times to call it to the floor with it unusable if alone in house. These items were drawn to the attention of Luxury Coastal and required multiple follow up phone calls to achieve a refund for the broken/not present amenities. The refund price for the impact on our family was not agreed upon as it changed dynamics for our family time especially for my parents. No one was able to be in the pool due to the chilly March temps and the climb to/from the ocean, unusable elevator were items that were important for many on our trip. I hope Luxury Coastal solves these discrepancies for future guests.

The property was wonderful, the house was very spacious we have a handicap son so the elevator made our trip so much easier.
