Stayed Dec 19, 2025The listing did not match the houses interior furniture. The coffee pot was not as pictured, we brought our pods from home. We had to buy coffee filters and coffee filters. Walked outside to see the patio furniture was not the same as pictured, the door leading to the beach in the picture doesn’t exist on the property. The house is located on a beach wall which is not what is shown in the picture. Both king size beds were uncomfortable, the pillows had little to no support. This location had a beautiful view, the house was clean for the most part. We enjoyed our stay, the house was very nice & neat. We had everything we needed.

Stayed Sep 13, 2025Our stay was wonderful overall! The views from this home are absolutely stunning! When we arrived, the door code didn’t work but management quickly fixed it (the keypad had lost internet connection). The bigger issue was a 2-day power outage, which definitely made things uncomfortable, especially with our elderly dog. By the time management offered to move us, the power company had already restored service. That aside, the home itself was clean, cozy, and well cared for. The views are absolutely gorgeous and the back porch was our favorite spot! The garage was great for storing bikes, and the house came with plenty of beach chairs, toys, and even an umbrella. Only small suggestion: add hot pads in the kitchen. We also noticed the public access next to the home, but it was only a few people here and there for sunrise/sunset, and it never bothered us.In summary: management was attentive, the home was comfortable, and the views were stunning. We would definitely return!

Stayed Aug 13, 2025Our family loved our week at this lovely beach home, an older house that has been thoughtfully remodeled. Gorgeous views of the bay from the living room and kitchen! Back deck has plenty of space to lay out in the sun. The sea wall is near the deck, and the beach area is rocky with about 6 feet to water during day. At night, water covers rocks and laps up to sea wall…beautiful and peaceful. My teenage daughter and her friend enjoyed having their own space in the upstairs loft bedroom with its en suite bath. Husband and I found the primary bedroom to be spacious and very comfortable. Third BR went unused but is very nice as well. Practical points: —Kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, serving bowls, utensils, plastic food storage containers, etc. Standard drip coffee maker. Electric water boiler (great for tea and coffee press; bring your own press if that is your thing.) —Second refrigerator in garage, perfect for extra drinks —Beach gear stored in garage: 2 wagons, 2 umbrellas, at least 6 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, and lots of pool noodles and sand toys! —For full beach experience, we walked about 4-5 blocks along North Shore Drive to one of the access points for Bean Point Beach. Street parking (for car or golf cart) is limited. We found it was about as quick to walk. —Anna Maria Life rental company was super responsive when we had a small clog in the garbage disposal. They sent someone out same day. Wonderful home! We hope to return!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Nice layout with excellent common spaces in the home. Kitchen is a touch small but the seating areas close by make up for it! Well thought out design for vacation living. Indoor and outdoor seating/eating options, spectacular views and our fury family was thrilled also!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This home had everything we needed. Kids loved double bunk beds, if you have kids, upstairs of the home is kids only zone and their shower was better then mine downstairs. Kitchen area was small but big enough for basic use, just watch you head when you are clocking, vent is low. I waa glad Master Bedroom was downstairs, it never got too hot. Although most homes like to control temp of inside, this one did not, we kept home cool for the entire stay. Due to recent storms and water leaves, beach area was small in afternoon unexisting in early day hrs but this didnt bother our kids, you can walk further down and beach was 3 houses down if you want to set out chairs. Next door home is currently undergoing renovation, hopefully they will be finsihed soon. One thing I did not like is lack or privacy. Other side of home is open beach access to public that was busy all the time, night and day. During day, people would walk by and stare if we were upfront or patio, would try to set up chairs on wall despite the sign that states its private property and there was no trespassing. Living room area is mildly hidden by a screened-in patio, during the day was fine but at night, lack of blinds or privacy film on widows left us feeling exposes and felt like we were displayed to folks that were walking by accessing beach from the street or going on to street from the beach area. Management was amazing. Booking process, payment, checking in and out, effortless. Thank you

Stayed Jun 8, 2024The house was clean on arrival and very well stocked. We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. Bonus fridge in the garage for extra drinks. The house is located right next to public access for the beach, so there were many days that strangers, and even a unleashed dog, walked onto the property, even though a sign says no trespassing on sea wall. Perhaps a small fence or chain, or landscaping would help keep it more private. You can walk to many shops on Pine Ave. Dips was our favorite ice cream place.
