Built in 2023, Shelly Shores is the perfect golfer's paradise, nestled alongside the famous Nags Head Golf Links. Enjoy your morning coffee on the multi-level decks while gazing at the luscious greenery and the golf course and end your day with your favorite beverage watching the sunset over the sound. After a fun-filled day at the beach or playing golf relax in your own hot tub located on the mid-level deck. The top level is where you can host all of your entertainment. A roomy and cozy great room with a TV and comfy seating for watching movies or favorite sports shows. The chef in your group will love the upscale and well-stocked kitchen and the open dining area gives everyone a spot to gather for those delicious meals and to plan for the next day's adventures. Step outside and enjoy the spacious sun deck and screened porch and relax in the sun or shade. The mid-level is where you'll find most of the sleeping quarters with a king en suite, a queen, and a room with two double beds, and on the top level, the main king en suite will give everyone a place for a restful evening so you can be refreshed and ready for another fun day on the Outer Banks. Fire up the grill and throw some burgers on for lunch and after a day at the beach rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Your family will think you scored a hole-in-one at Shelly Shores!

Exploring the Villages of Nags Head: Shelly Shores has access to The Village Beach Club amenities which offer an oceanfront pool, tennis courts, and private sound access. The Nags Head Golf Links is located on the soundside and are known to have the most beautiful holes along the sound in the eastern United States. Centrally located with easy access to local restaurants, excellent shops, Jockey's Ridge State Park, Jennette's Pier, the outlet shops and so many other outdoor attractions.

Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway to the Baymeadow Drive traffic light to safely cross Highway 158. Continue 1 block to the Village Beach Club access.

Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies. Note: Parking passes for the Village Beach Club must be purchased in person by rental guests at the time of use: Daily rate: Up to $15 per vehicle. Please inquire at the Beach Club for more details.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
