'Shades of Blue' on Cabana Trail is a Seaside Style home in the private community of 'Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach.' This custom-built home is ideally located on the north side of 30A and is a short walk to world renowned beautiful white sandy beaches. This is a quiet and private neighborhood adjacent to the Redfish Village, located along Scenic Hwy 30A - close to WaterColor and Seaside.

This four-bedroom home sleeps 9 comfortably. The first floor features an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel KitchenAid appliances, main-floor laundry, half bath, living and dining area and a large front porch with dining table perfect for sharing a meal. It features custom ship lap walls, high ceilings and a comfy sitting area with large flat screen TV. The first floor has a master suite with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, including a Jacuzzi tub. The second floor also has a master suite with king bed, walk-in closet and French doors leading to a large balcony. The 2nd floor master bedroom features a large en-suite bathroom, with double sinks, large Jacuzzi tub and marble & tile shower. In addition, the second floor has a guest bedroom with a Double bed, a bunk room with a Twin over a Double bed as well as a full bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, with a gaming system in the bunk room. The home has a gas grill and an outdoor shower for your convenience after your short walk back from the beach. It boasts keyless entry, free high-speed Wi-Fi and FREE GOLF at select locally loved golf courses – one complimentary round of golf with cart per day! Guests also receive a daily credit for use renting bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, beach toys or other amenities to be enjoyed during their stay.

A walkway connects this subdivision to all the great offerings of Redfish Village: world-class dining, entertainment, shopping and a local intuition, Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, right across the street; perfect for an evening stroll and after dinner treat, or fresh coffee and donuts in the morning! This is a very quiet and private neighborhood with its own clubhouse and pool just around the block from the home. This house provides privacy for your family and guests, but is part of the greater Blue Mountain community and is conveniently located near excellent dining, such as; Great Southern Cafe in Seaside, Chanticleer Eatery in Grayton Beach, Stinky's Fish Camp in Dune Allen, and Fish out of Water in Watercolor, as well as funky dining with great jazz at The Red Bar in Grayton Beach (currently being rebuilt). If something more causal is your liking plan on visiting the plethora of food trucks in Seaside. The home is also near Gulf Place which offers great shops, outdoor dining at highly rated La Playa, Pizza by the Sea, The Perfect Pig and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, where after dinner you can enjoy Sunday night concerts on the green. There is an 18-mile walking and bike path along 30A, state parks nearby, and bike/kayak rentals available in the area. It is a short 20-minute drive to Destin for movies and shopping at places like the famous Destin Commons, voted Best Shopping Center by locals, or 30 minutes to renowned Panama City with their waterparks and mini-golf.

    Nice neighborhood. Quiet street. Bring everything you need for the beach, no bikes or anything provided. Great house. Pool is a couple streets over- but you can walk.

    Good home for multiple family members, adequate space for 6 adults and 2 small children. The subdivision has several homes close by that are under construction and a good amount of road noise from Blue Mountain Beach Rd. We were not aware the public access at Blue Mountain beach was closed, otherwise may have opted for a different location. The home has limited cooking utensils and what's available is well used, so if you plan on cooking be prepared to take your own. The real estate company was prompt with sending a maintenance person to replace the grate on the gas grill in time for our Thanksgiving cookout. Overall we were pleased with the home, but most likely would not stay there again.

    The home is beautiful and extremely clean. The owner is easy to communicate with. The pricing is right. A short walk or drive to dining and beach. The location is close enough to PCB and everything in between to enjoy beaches, shopping and dining outside of Blue Mountain.

    This house was pretty and clean. It looked just like the pictures. I loved renting from this company. They always answered the phone and were very knowledgeable about this property. However the location was too far from the beach and the Blue Mountain Beach was very crowded and difficult to access due to a long walk and a lot of stairs. We drove to Ed Walline Beach daily which was beautiful. Overall house was great and exactly as advertised!

    House was clean, well-stocked. Downstairs was a bit small for all of us. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The short walk to red fish taco was a big plus. Food was great and live music most nights. The location was perfect as you were equal distance from Panama City and Destin. The master suite on the first floor(as well as second floor) was perfect as we have a guest that recently had knee replacement.
