Unfortunately the TV was not working for us, seemed to be an issue looking at other reviews. It’s not really walking distance to cafes ect, It was advertised as pet friendly but only released after booking dogs only welcome outside, so we did not bring our dog. I don’t think it should advertise as pet friendly

The staff @ First National went out of their way to make my stay easy & enjoyable,. It was comfortable, warm, clean and the gardens are gorgeous (watching a magpie and bunny frolic together on the front lawn was magical!). This place has everything you'll need for a cosy seaside escape. We'll be back!

Despite a fairly busy road there was no traffic noise.A bonus having a washing machine so could pack my clothes clean.The back deck would be amazing in the summer.The small deck out the front was a nice place for the morning cuppa The house was warm and hardly needed the heat pump.

Great house, older style but comfyBit too far from Main Street with an infant , Anderson cafe was lovely, weather behaved itself, wish it was a longer stay, thank you for having us

The place was really clean, offered all the basics and more. Books and games for kids and adults to play after long days at the beach. Big garden for kids to run around. Very clean. Amazing stay

We had a great stay. The house was clean and had a great yard for the kids and dog to play. The back porch and bbq were a great place to relax in the sun. It’s only a short 10min walk down a tree lined dirt track to beach and a short drive or longer walk to town. The house was ready with tea coffee milk etc and was well setup. The house is older (as shown in the photos) but is great. A bigger/nicer kitchen table would be good, but our family of 6 fit no problems. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
