This is our much loved family beach house which we are so happy to share with people who are looking for a beach holiday destination. We take loving , good care of it and expect guests to do the same. It is generously appointed with heaps of extra blankets, towels and everything you might need in a kitchen. It is always clean and tidy but it isn’t hotel 5 star accommodation! So please don’t book if you are looking for high end , 5 star accommodation! If you are looking for a wellloved family home in a beautiful location then we would be happy to have you! Please note for your security and the security of the property there are external CCTV cameras covering the front and back entrances. bookings 3 nights or longer, outside peak times, may incur a small long stay surcharge as it is at a super low short stay rate per night! Long weekends minimum 2 nights
EASTER WEEKEND - 3 NIGHT minimum. Unfortunately, we do not take Bucks Night bookings or end of season football/cricket trips.
Charming, A-frame beach house with Free WiFi, NBN (Unlimited Data!), only 700 meters from lovely, calm north facing Cowes beaches.
Play area with toys, foosball and games. Also a Smart TV in main loungeroom. Large outdoor entertainment area with 6 burner BBQ. Two bathrooms, including 2 showers and a bath. 2 toilets.
Stay cool in summer and warm in winter! There are three Split Systems (cooling and heating) to make your stay comfortable. The two main bedrooms have their own Split System each! And another in the main living room.
We even have a-one-of-a-kind indoor Viking Tent room that kids can play and sleep in.
High chair, change table and porta-cot provided. Kitchen includes microwave, oven with internal griller, all cooking utensils with extras such as electric rice cooker with steamer basket, salad bowls, platters, non stick frying pans and saucepans. No dishwasher.
Extendable dining table for large families.
All beds provided with doonas, pillows,pillow cases and mattress protectors. Guests either bring their own linen or hire linen from us. $15 per bed. No sleeping on bare mattress protectors. If beds are used that haven't been booked there will be a $30 extra charge per-used bed.
Towels provided. Non-required beds have no bedding so please make sure your guest numbers are correct. $25 for every extra guest over six.
Main bedroom has a Queen and a double, 2nd bedroom one Queen, 3rd bedroom sleeps seven! - queen, one single bunk (sleeps two), one single bed, one trundle and one floor mattress. Also three sofa beds in the lounge room and a sofa couch in the play-area to give you other sleeping options. The fourth bedroom has a Queen 4 poster bed.
Including sofa beds, there are 9 beds/sofa couches that couples could use. Kids can also choose to sleep in the Viking Room if they are up for an adventure! The Viking tent could sleep three or more kids, depending on size! House can easily sleep fifteen.
Off-street parking for 5 cars. Plenty of room for boats, fully fenced secure yard.
Pet fee- $15 per dog per night.
Classic surf beaches only a short drive away, close to Cowes shops. Laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board etc.

These items are provided for all our guests - shampoo, soap, body lotion, hair dryer, bath mats, laundry and dish washing detergents, paper towels, garbage bags, tea towels, liquid soap, salt and pepper, large toy collection, tea bags, coffee, toilet paper, sugar and games.
Relax and let your cares float away sitting on our large decking, overlooking the fruit tree-covered front yard.
Kids can escape to the play-area and play with such toys as action figures, boats, cars, army vehicles, trucks, animals, pirates, soldiers. There are also stacks of colouring-in pictures for the little ones to enjoy. Most important, the play-area is at the opposite end of the house to the living room so parents can get some much needed peaceful alone-time!
The secure back and front yard are fantastic for kids (and pets!) to play in a safe environment. Make sure the kids bring their down-ball with them as we have a perfect concrete area for the perennial kids- favourite of 4-square or down-ball.
Magazines, novels and kids books provided.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any internet issues that may occur. Internet reception/connection can be effected by a range of factors outside of our control, not least of all problems with the devices that are being used or incorrect use of the internet box/modem by guests. We provide free WiFii, NBN as an added, complimentary extra to make our guests stay more enjoyable. We do not charge for it. We always check the Internet is always working before any booking but connection problems can still occur. Strictly no refunds will be given for any internet issues.
Please note, that we have a strict no party policy. Noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number at time of booking.
