Stayed Dec 22, 2025Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the house and the kids loved playing in the garden. It was in a great spot, in a quiet and peaceful area. It was good to hear the sounds of nature and there was a kookaburra that visited each day. I was disappointed however as I paid the extra money expecting to be able to access the beach so that I could supervise my young daughter. Although the backyard had stunning views of the beach it was impossible for me to access as there was no ramp or even steps. I need a walker and have mobility issues so I couldn’t reach the beach and join the rest of the family.

Stayed Oct 13, 2022House is lovely. Only issues were the lack of toilet paper (3 rolls for four people and four nights) and the advertisement of a fire yet no firewood or mention that it needed to be provided by the renter. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2022On 1st impressions of property it was looking very run down but on entering standard was q acceptable. The bedrooms need updating with perhaps better quality bedding and lighting. Kitchen very functional and main bathroom a nice surprise. Our weather in the middle of winter was perfect with lots of walks on the beach. Will go back. Our request for a late checkout was not a problem.

Stayed Jun 11, 2022Lovely clean house with everything we needed. Wallabies and rabbits in the back garden and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back.

Stayed Nov 19, 2021Expensive for what you get. I’ve stayed in beautiful houses in other areas for similar prices- but with a breakfast hamper, luxurious linen, firewood, toiletries and some simple condiments included. None here. It just felt unwelcoming and more like borrowing a friend’s holiday house.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful view and backyard access to the beach. Inside spacious and comfortable with wifi access. It would have been good to have access to an outside hose to clean our kayak. Backdoor entry difficult. Collection of rubbish the only real issue (council collects red bin every 2 weeks).
