Serene Woodland Lodge in Carnelian Bay - Hot Tub

The house is generally good for our trip. The location is also good as it is somewhat close to both northstar and squwa valley ski resorts

Had a wonderful stay at this cabin, which set itself apart by having both a hotub and sauna that we were able to thoroughly enjoy.

We had a great time at this place for my stay with my friends. It had everything we needed in terms of beds, location, cooking, and price. Sauna and hot tub work great and are very cool addition to the house. We stayed in September and the weather was absolutely beautiful

The property is beautiful and the amenities are luxurious. We had a wonderful experience and will be back! The hosts respond quickly and are very eager to help. Overall couldn’t have been better.

I'd like to express my immense gratitude for our stay in this charming home. Every detail made all the difference: the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals in comfort, the cozy beds provided us with a wonderful night's sleep, and each room exudes care, good taste, and warmth.I'd also like to highlight the support of the staff, who were always attentive, available, and kind—the kind of service that made us feel truly welcome. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we already miss it. Thank you so much for everything!

It is conveniently located outside Carnelian Bay. The house was as described so it had nice space inside and outside for our family to enjoy. I wouldn't want to stay in this house in the winter because of how steep the road was. The only negatives were that the balcony faces the streets and the road was busier than expected. Also, the floors were not as clean/swept as we would have expected.

This was a great spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of N. Lake Tahoe. The rental was in a beautiful place between plenty of great local eateries and great coffee spots! The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, and ample space. We found some white-painted footprints from workboots on the beautiful wood floors, some stains on the carpet in the queen-size bedroom, and the garbage was packed to capacity by the previous renters. The property was clean, but we were met with an 85-degree house that did not cool off until after the early morning. Our first night was brutal, even with opening windows and running all fans we could get our hands on. We had no complaints other than possibly checking the trash receptacles before every renter and considering getting central air for the grueling summer heat. During our stay, we contacted the rental company to notify them of the damages found, and Andrew was responsive and pleasant. Overall, it was a great location to rent.
