You'll feel right at home in this cozy log cabin home set directly on Lake D'Arbonne. Enjoy the privacy and serenity of this beautiful country setting on 1 acre right on the lake. Public boat ramp less than a mile away. Fishing dock and sea wall ideal for fishing or putting the kayaks in. There is an uncovered boat slip for parking a boat. Stayed Jun 28, 2024We had a wonderful time. Thank you for the hospitality! Was great to get away just husband and I and spend time together. Was way too hot to fish, but that wasn't the hosts fault. The fish were jumping a bit too.. Next time!

Stayed Jun 4, 2023The house exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was very well stocked and clean. Just a beautiful place. The nearby town, Farmersville, had everything we needed and the people were very friendly. The only downside for us, we were on a fishing vacation with a boat. There wasn’t a good place for the boat. Tree tops were numerous along the retaining wall in the back, apparently from a storm that had gone through . Just no place to store/charge boat. The public boat ramp was very close however.

Stayed Jun 26, 2023We were celebrating our 8th year wedding anniversary and this property did NOT disappoint. We were looking for a place that was on the water, private, and serene. We did not have to go anywhere as everything we needed was supplied. My husband and I have found our newly getaway location. We absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this place, it is indeed a home away from home. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place.

Stayed Jun 10, 2022We stayed the weekend here for my sons 10th birthday because his one request was to be able to fish all weekend. He stayed outside from the time we checked in until it was time to leave. Everytime he threw his pole in he got a bite and they were all nice sized fish. The area is very quiet and we LOVED the house. It felt so cozy and we were all so comfortable. We will definitely be back
