Had everything we needed! Property was super clean. Location not too close nor too far from town. Jenni our host was always available if I needed anything. She had everything covered.
This place was thoughtfully holiday decorated during our winter vacation and fully stocked with pantry basics. Very remote and peaceful location. We even had 6-7 cows come join us in the yard one evening! I think they were looking for water in the hot tub. Pros: Very comfy beds. Coffee! We loved using the telescope at night! Communication with the manager/owner was immediate. Decor and linens were on point. Cons: We were bummed that the fireplace was only decremental but I probably missed that in the description. The hot tub was new but we never got to enjoy it since the water was too cold. On our last day (we stayed 3 nights), we jumped in but it was only 93 degree. We just called it the Polar Bear Plunge since it was like 30 degrees outside! Lastly, the running water throughout the space was limited since they have to refill the tank system and we were not aware of this issue until the day of our stay. I don't mind those kind of things, I just would prefer to know ahead of time. All in all, we would definitely stay there again since it was so cute and we are flexible.
Perfect weekend trip to the Grand Canyon for our family (2 adults, 4 children, and a dog). 2 kids slept on the hide-a-bed. Clean, well-supplied, updated, and within an hour to the Grand Canyon. Would stay again.
The property was nice and quiet. The host was very accommodating. We were arriving in the middle of a winter storm and the host offered a full refund due to the weather and the winter driving conditions. We are used to the snow and driving in it so it wasn't any problem for us, but I did appreciate the fact that she offered. The property is about 15 minutes from Williams and 45 minutes from the Grand canyon. We would definitely stay here again.
The property have been remodeled recently- all appliances are new- including the pots, Pans, dishes, propane BBQ grill. They even have a fun putting green in the yard. It’s Obvious that Jimmy has put her into some nice
