This condo is great. Great location, 3-5 min from lionshead. Great communication. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Hot tub is very clean. Only room for improvement would be better beds/frame. Bunk bed instead of trundle bed. And replace one of the queens with a king.

This home is loaded with amenities that made our family's stay comfortable and relaxing. Easy and very quick drive to the slopes, and we'd argue the neighborhood and views and spacious living far outweigh the hustle and bustle of Vail's ski in/ski out resorts right there at the base. The living/family room is a great spot to gather with big picture windows and a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook whatever recipe you'd like, and the appliances are in excellent condition. The private hot tub out on the deck was clean and easy to use, and you cannot beat the views at night from its lighted mode (we enjoyed starry skies, a full moon and even a trotting fox passing by!). Everything appeared freshly painted and updated and clean. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful, too.
