The Space: Welcome to 'Gone Coastal,' an inviting 4-story beach home located just off Breach Inlet on Isle of Palms. Ideal for groups of 8-12 guests, this spacious retreat boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths. As you turn off Charleston Boulevard and enter through the back gate, a long driveway leads you to the main entrance on the left side of the house, accessible through a wooden gate. The open floor plan on the first floor provides ample lounge and dining space, creating an ideal environment for large groups to gather comfortably.

On the second floor, a welcoming living area features a plush teal couch, three chairs, and a large flat-screen SmartTV. This floor also hosts 5 of the 6 bedrooms, including a variety of bed configurations. A screened-in porch with outdoor furniture and a staircase leading down to the oversized pool and heated spa adds to the appeal. Enjoy a swim after a day at the beach or bask in the sun on the lounge chairs.

The third floor is designed for entertaining, featuring a custom-made Amish dining table seating 10, a living room with a large comfortable sectional sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, gas range, and an oversized kitchen island. Step outside to the screened-in porch or relax on the outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunset.

The primary bedroom, located on this floor, offers a King bed, large SmartTV, Juliet balcony, and a stunning walk-in closet. The primary bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, oversized tub, and double vanity.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

    This property was great! Plenty of space and location was amazing! Only negative is that it would have been nice to be able to access the elevator since our daughter had just had knee surgery last week. But otherwise amazing property.

    House is well positioned near beach and well stocked on the inside. Could use a grill however for a vacation rental.

    We loved our time in this home. We had 4 families with 6 small children. The home was spotless. The furniture very comfortable. And the screened in decks were amazing —- expanded the living space. Kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. The pool and outside shower were used everyday! It’s the easiest walk to the beach. The concierge was very responsive as well. Only two suggestions - the internet did not work that well (we had a lot of devices) and we never were able to figure out how to use the TVs for live TV. We loved our stay and hope to stay again!!
