Stayed Aug 4, 2023Just for starters. Kristi was great with her response time when it came to phone call, text and messaging. The house was clean and organized. The place was perfect for a couple or even a family. It has a room that we loved where all the kids got to stay in. a bunk bed that fit 4 and a queen size bed on the side then an additional 2 bedrooms - master room and a queen bed room. She has a book that goes over everything you need to know in the house. and we definitely tried all her recommendations in the area. The pool was my favorite part ! it was warm and it’s perfect for all ages . my 1 year old stayed on the 2ft side and the bigger kids played on the deeper end of 41/2 feet. it had seating in the pool and jacuzzi. and all instructions were clear. I will say she has great appliances from washer and dryer and the grill ! like amazing quality. another favorite thing i loved was the amount of towels she had ! beach towels and regular ! like tons !! she has a wall full of board games and she even had a high chair and playpen for your smaller babies. and a cute park right across the street . another great things is . we were just 12 mins away from clear water beach. and it is near the main road where all the bars, restaurants and water sports are - in clearwater thru stpete. walgreens. publix and walmart are all with 5 mins distance . I will be back for sure ! Kid friendly- pet friendly - we had 2 dogs with us as well. so great for the whole fam.
