The house stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a perfect retreat no matter the season. A short drive to southern Maine’s most popular destinations: Kennebunkport and Portland, Maine.A well appointed -Waterfront property with amazing views of Wood island lighthouse directly out front. Ride our bikes or walk to Camp Ellis and enjoy dinner at Huot’s Seafood restaurant with live entertainment or grab breakfast or lunch from Camp Ellis general store. Camp Ellis pier has a bait shop and fishing rod rentals. Cast a rod at high tide right out front and catch a striper for dinner. Have our local lobsterman (Tom’s Lobster) steam your fresh off the boat lobsters for take home dinner. Set your alarm and watch am sunrise- or -pm full moon rise directly out front, it will not disappoint. Comfortable outdoor seating with two teak dining tables and a Webber gas grill.
