Serene, Private Gem with HOT TUB! W. Sedona, 1 Bdrm Gem!

Wonderful stay! Perfect location, close to “Uptown”for dining and shopping. The house has everything you need. Very clean. Very nice shower. Washer and dryer a big plus since we were traveling all month and needed to be able to do laundry. Probably the best place we’ve stayed so far on our journey from bury. Thank you for providing such an excellent place to stay.

We loved it! The home was absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated. They went above and beyond with the amenities. Coffee bar, fully equipped kitchen, big towels for hot tub, super nice washer and dryer etc even a small cooler for our day trips to Grand Canyon!! Would definitely stay there again. You only need your clothes and some groceries and ur good to go!!

The house was an excellent reprieve after a long day of hiking and site seeing. The neighborhood was quiet and well situated to access trails and various scenic locations. It was clean and well stocked with the necessary items. Although we did not cook, the two induction hot plates would have made that an easy task.

My wife and i stayed during a three day visit in early January. The casita is lovely, with just enough space for a couple to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is stocked with enough necessary equipment to make some light meals, although we visited several restaurants during our stay. The location is ideal as a landing spot for discovering the Sedona area. Our hosts were gracious and truly want to provide a great place to stay.

The host thought of everything we could possibly need... she had umbrellas too which we ended up needing!! I will definitely be back!

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay. This beautiful little cottage was the PERFECT size for my husband and I. The bed was SO comfortable, everything was clean, and was so cozy. You get access to an adorable patio and private area for the hot tub. The location was perfect for exploring Sedona. The owners thought of everything in terms of comfort and amenities plus they were so sweet! We will 1000% be back!

The hot tub was perfect to soak our sore bodies after a long day of hiking. We would love to return if we’re ever in the area again.

It was a great place for 2 people. It was clean, quiet, hot tub was hot enough and the location was close to town and hiking locations. Plenty of information was given about things to do and places to eat in the area.

My husband and I came to Sedona to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We were so pleased with our stay! It had everything we wanted!! After hiking for several hours we were thrilled to get in the hot tub and relax. Theresa was so responsive and gave us great recommendations!

Stay was great and everything was tidy and clean. Check in process was easy and smooth.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this location! Great scenery, fine dining, so many shops and art to see! 10/10 recommend! They really thought about your convenience in this listing. Towels for showering, for the hot tub. Shampoos, conditioner, body wash, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, water glasses and wine glasses. If you want to cook they supply all utensils and cookware. Just clean up after of course. Comfy couch for cuddling and watching a movie at the end of the night. As well as a comfy queen size bed and bedding to for a phenomenal nights rest. Washer and dryer to clean off the red dust you’ll get on you from the red rocks and amazing hikes they have all over the area. They have many options near by for ATV rentals. The guest book will tell you all of this. They really thought of it all. We did not get to utilize the fire pit as the tank was empty to turn it on. Other than that this place was amazing! Book with them! (:

Excellent!! The entire casita was clean and comfortable for our entire two night stay. We would have both loved to stay longer and the casita could certainly have supported us with all of the kitchen amenities and washer and dryer on site. Sometimes a casita or gust house can feel a little impersonal where it always feels like you are under the scrutiny of the main home. That was NOT the case here. It has a private drive, private entry, and the hot tub is tucked around the back. The host was super responsive when Google maps, or my own inability to follow directions, took me down a wrong path. :) Definitely one of the best places I've stayed at on VRBO.

Lovely guest house! When I was there it was quiet and peaceful.

We had a really wonderful stay, and a simply fantastic property. Beautifully up to date, well equipped, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Gorgeous neighborhood with safe walking when we didn't want to go to the big trails, and everyone we crossed paths with was so welcoming. Very private, quiet, and just awesome. We didn't try the hot tub on this trip, but it is perfectly placed for privacy, and next time we will use it. THANK YOU for such a wonderful stay, you're fantastic hosts!

The location was very convenient for getting to local hiking trails. It was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and was very clean. We enjoyed it very much!

This small cabin was the perfect place to stay for our quick trip to Sedona. Very accessible to downtown Sedona and very close to devils bridge! Although it shares a property with the owners, we felt very secluded with a ton of privacy. The hot tub was a great way to wind down after a long day exploring Sedona.

Impressed with the overall stay at the cottage. The only drawback was the lights on the air conditioner unit that was always on. I enjoy my sleep in a dark room, the light disrupted a good nights rest. Other than that it was a delight.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay in this quiet spot. We were near places we wanted to revisit and hike, but we felt like we were totally away from the hassle and traffic in the city itself. It was very clean and it was quiet…perfect for a getaway with kitchenette available (along with several appliances for our use), a nice hot tub, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner even left a bottle of wine and other goodies as a welcome. I’d recommend this spot and we’d stay again if in Sedona.

This is my fiancé and I’s first time renting a property while traveling instead of staying in a hotel and the bar is set HIGH. This property is everything we could have hoped for. Cozy, clean, and quiet. Great location. Next door to host, but very private. Hottub is a new great addition. Highly recommend.

Comfortable lodging with all the amenities. Cozy neighborhood and super quiet. It said dog friendly so was a bit confused when that was questioned. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Home was furnished with everything we needed and was so comfortable to return to at the end of each day’s adventures. Sedona is such a beautiful area and we enjoyed hiking, dinner at the Cowboy Club, breakfasts at the Coffee Pot and Wildflower, and an atv rental with Sedona ATV. Piñon Place is an excellent property. Quiet, comfortable, clean. The West Sedona location is very convenient to many outdoor activities and tasty eating establishments. And when you just want to land and relax, the guest house patio is a perfect spot. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, we were ready to permanently move in.

This was our third visit to Sedona, and the first time staying in a VRBO. We loved this place and felt lucky to have found it! The location was perfect for us - away from the busyness of Uptown or similar commercial areas. We loved coming back to this peaceful, serene hideaway after a day of hiking or other activities.. The little patio was perfect for decompressing. A BIG plus was Theresa’s responsiveness to any questions we had. She typically responded to a written question within a few minutes. That matters when you’re trying to make a decision re a hiking option, tour, restaurant, parking situation, etc. If we return to Sedona, we ‘d love to stay here again!

My wife and I needed a few days to escape the Valley heat and this property was an outstanding choice. This place was as advertised and was clean, comfortable, quiet and conveniently located in West Sedona away from the crowds. We have been to Sedona many times but loved this place and will return.
