Welcome to Horizon Haven, a serene sanctuary nestled in the heart of Fargo, ND, where stunning views await you. This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an attached garage for relaxation & comfort. It is the perfect retreat for families or groups exploring the wonders of North Dakota. The space
Upon entering the house, you walk through a beautiful foyer. The upper level consists of an open-concept.

Living Room:
It features tall ceilings, creating an airy atmosphere, and large windows that allow natural light to flood, enhancing the feeling of openness. It also has a sunny living room, cozy seating with space for watching TV, and a convenient fireplace for cozy nights.

Dining:
The dining area is open to the living room, with four chairs & Large dining table, plus 3 bar stools and ample country space/island for additional seating and access to patio outdoor spaces that face part of the beautiful Suite Shots golf course building, and more attractive views from the house.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped with contemporary appliances and all the cooking needs. Pots and pans, serving utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided. Kid's dishes are also supplied!
Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker that makes coffee. Coffee grounds, K-cups, creams, and a small complimentary breakfast (bars and cereals) are also provided! The freezers on the main floor supply water and make ice for the group to enjoy.


Bedrooms:
The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms with new beds, comfortable mattresses, and cozy linens. One king bed is in the master room with brand new furniture, an en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy, spotless bathrooms with lots of towels, wash clothes as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, first aid kit, countertop canister jars with lids filled with floss picks, cotton balls, and cotton swabs are provided.

The second bedroom consists of a full-size bed. A full over full bunk bed that offers comfort.

The second spotless bathroom features many towels, wash clothes, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a hair dryer.

There is a pack-and-play available upon request.

A designated laundry area with basic washing soaps is on the upper level.

The lower level:
The level has a spacious family room idea for entertainment or relaxation with a smart TV ready to log in to your favorite streaming services.

One bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
Another full bathroom features many towels, wash clothes, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a hair dryer.

Willing to be able to climb stairs since there are stairs at the house.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home with a two-car attached garage, besides some locked closets.

Guests can message us via the app platform for any assistance that is needed during their stay!

Other things to note
*Sorry, no pets.* If it is discovered you have brought a pet, a $160 pet fee will be collected.

There is a security camera in front of the house and a door bell camera.

Please be aware that the base pricing includes two guests and that each extra guest after two will incur an additional fee. Therefore, in order to view the total price, please precisely enter the number of guests when making your reservation.

We have space for children and infants, but we do not have some of the amenities, such as safety gates for stairs, child safety locks, books, etc.. The property does feature corded window blinds, cleaning products, and TVs that are wall-mounted; the TV in the master bedroom is sited on top of a TV stand. We are not responsible for injuries that may occur.
