Bright and inviting living room with a queen sleeper sofa and streaming TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened-in porch for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi for staying connected.

Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, ample pantry space, and a cozy dinette for extra seating. Outdoor Living: Screened-in porch with a dining table and comfortable seating for al fresco meals. Back deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the lagoon. Gas BBQ grill for outdoor cooking adventures.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Suite: King-sized bed, en suite bathroom, spacious closet, and private access to the screened-in porch. Front Guest Bedroom: King-sized bed with a twin bunk above and ample storage.

Back Guest Bedroom: King-sized bed with direct access to the back deck.

Additional Sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

All bedrooms feature flat-screen Smart TVs, cozy linens, and plenty of storage, ensuring comfort for up to 9 guests.

Two Shipyard parking passes included.

Policies: No smoking, pets, or e-bikes allowed. No golf carts, trailers, boats, or RVs permitted. Minimum primary renter age: 25.

Guest Access:

Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during you stay. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Shipyard.

Getting Around:

The pool, beach, tennis center, and beach are all walkable. Breeze Shuttle is available mid-March through October outside of the Shipyard gate to get you to shopping, restaurants, or the public beach. A parking pass is available for the Shipyard amenities, and the beach has public parking as well.

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
