Serene Home w/ Fire Pit, Deck & Easy Access to ATL

Very nice house on a beautiful property. The house was very well maintained with lots of space for hanging out and sleeping arrangements. Close to truist park which is why we were there.

We had a very enjoyable time at this property with no issues. The property management was in contact to ensure all was going well. Overall, we'd recommend staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very clean, well appointed, you can tell that care was taken with the renovations. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and lots of spaces to hang out together, both inside and outside. The location was excellent, very convenient to the interstate so easy to get to downtown Atlanta, the Battery, and the airport. The guest contact checked on us via text to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Cannot say enough about this property. So much space for our group of 12 to gather both indoors and outdoors. The stocked kitchen and bathrooms were definitely a plus. Beautiful decor. Champagne glasses for our mimosa brunch…yes. The beautiful and spacious island that our caterer used to display our meals…yes. Plenty of parking, great conversations by the fire pit (although we didn’t light it) enjoying fresh air on both decks, letting fresh air in through the numerous sliding glass doors on both levels…just wow. We are looking forward to using the space again next year!

Highly recommend this home! We had five couples stay here to help celebrate a 40th birthday.. They came from several different states and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. It was close to the venue, as well as being close to shopping, restaurants, The Battery, and downtown Atlanta. There are several living areas upstairs and in the basement. There are some great outside areas to hang out as well. The way the home is situated on the lot makes it very private and there is a lot of parking space. The home was also very clean and well appointed. The owner was very accommodating to let us check in a little early and check out a little later due to couples arriving at different times. You will not be disappointed in this home!

I attend a convention every year about 15 minutes away and this house is perfect to relax after a long day. The property manager’s are super communicative, the home is relaxing, clean, and spacious. I plan on booking next year as well!

This house is immaculate. Beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Furnishings add to the peaceful environment. Location couldn’t be better. Excellent communication. It was an absolute pleasure.

A couple of my friends and I got this place so we could be near a gaming convention for the weekend. Everything was great but I wish we had a house layout since the listing didn’t specify one of the rooms could only be accessed through a shared bathroom. Besides the layout, everything was great and the communication was easy with the host. This is the second time we stayed at an Evolve rental and they were great.

This property is very nice and located close to a lot of things. Communication was superb and very friendly. Recommend this place.

This property was a great fit for my family and our needs. Great location, nice quiet neighborhood, very clean beautiful home and very spacious and comfortable for all of us. We were very pleased and happy with everything. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

We came to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. The house was a perfect set up for several couples and kids. The best was the large living room area with very comfortable furniture. We were all able to be together in one room. The kids enjoyed the great area downstairs with the ping pong table. The decor was stylish abfd the artwork beautiful!

Beautiful home and perfect location. Very close to The Battery and only 20min from downtown Atlanta.

We were in town for baseball tourney all over Atlanta. This house was a great location and close to everything. House is nice and spacious and a great layout!

This home was immaculate! It has been beautifully redone. Plenty of space and supplied with everything you’ll need for a wonderful vacation! Quiet neighborhood and yet you are about 20 minutes away from everything! We would definitely stay here again!
