This house was perfect for a quick family ski trip to Gunstock. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and we were mere minutes from the mountain. Minor issues getting into the house - a text from Vacasa gave me a code, but I had to read a separate email to discover that the code was for a not easy to find key box. But a quick call to customer service and we were in.
Great space, usable kitchen. Steep driveway, minimal plugs.
We came up for my birthday and pumpkin fest in Laconia. It was a great location, close to Mount Major for our hike and Laconia for the festival. The house was really nice, pretty spot on to the listing. There were a few kitchen tools that would have been nice to have (measuring cups/mixing bowls) but we were able to work around it. All in all, the house was great. Check in was so easy and so was check out.
the house is well decorated and designed, and beautiful natural light comes through from the many windows. The sauna is a great addition. the house was clean and about a 10 minute drive to hiking spots and the Village Store (awesome breakfast). although there is hiking just a few minutes walk from the house as well. 1 bedroom and separate full bath downstairs. 2 bedrooms and half bath upstairs.
This house was very nice and homie. My family and I had a great time.
Very clean, great location, amazing sauna, nice views!
Loved the amenities this home had to offer including the fire pit, grill, sauna, and board games! Perfect location for hiking and visiting the lake in the summer. Very clean. Just some small issues including that the bathroom door didn’t close fully and the shower/sink took some time to drain but overall a very enjoyable stay!
The home was well maintained, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our getaway. We loved the proximity to Gunstock and the ease of communication with vacasa. Some things of note: we took our 2 year old lab along with our 14 month old and there was a small backyard area for the dog to go out but the street and neighbors were close so we didn’t feel safe to let her roam off leash. We had some issues with the tub not filling and or staying filled which was out of our control - my baby needs her bath nightly! We also had some issues with the smart TV not working with our preferred streaming platforms but Netflix was available. The beds were not my favorite but did fine for a few nights. The sauna was AMAZING! After a long day chasing the baby around and exploring the area which we love. Would stay again.
Upstairs should be for children only - Small stairs and low ceilings. Also, only one shower. Not enough outlets or lighting. Had to purchase a hair dryer and needed cookware.
Excellent location. Close proximity to amenities. Best part is you can walk out the front door to hiking trails in the Belknaps! House was comfortable and clean. Kitchen utensils could use a bit of upgrading and stick a few more bowls. Vacasa was ok. They did not follow up on some communication.
This was a beautifully set up home, excellent location. It was difficult staying here with no air conditioning with sleeping quarters on the second floor.
