Stayed Jul 29, 2023Nice getaway for small family. Had a great time. Unit had all we needed to cook lunch and dinners. Beds were comfortable and clean. Note this is the smaller unit of the duplex. Other side can be a little loud depending on how many people are staying in the other unit. Backyard had plenty of room to park my boat and truck. Overall, highly recommend this place and would stay there again!

Stayed Jul 23, 2023This was our first VRBO experience and we enjoyed our stay! Keyless entry was so convenient. The unit was plenty of space for our family of three - if we had been a group of six adults the indoor living room space would have been snug. The driveway is on the other side of the duplex so the off-street parking for this unit is really in the back off the alley; however, we never had a problem finding parking on the street right out front. Loved having some plastic kid dishes, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The beach chairs and especially the umbrella were great amenities since it was a week with record-breaking heat. We had planned to walk to the beach but ultimately found that it was a little too far for us with a small child and all our gear. But it's a quick drive by car or golf cart and there was plenty of free parking near the beach. Overall we found the property to be clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, and would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023This home was superbly clean, beautiful, and mostly accurately described. The only thing omitted is the fact that the other side of the duplex includes the entire 3rd floor and is 6 bedrooms. Being a private residence, there is no enforcement of quiet hours (like as in staying in a hotel or campground). A group of over 20 was staying in that side of the house during our weekend, and was akin to a frat party. Other than that, the home and amenities were great!
