Stayed Nov 20, 2021The property's best attribute is its spaciousness. There were five bedrooms with comfy beds and the bathrooms were large with double sinks. Plenty of countertops in the kitchen and two eating areas. A large group can gather, which was just what we needed. However, we had many issues. We arrived to find it had not been cleaned--crumbs on counters, dirty linens, towels on bathroom floor. The property manager was apologetic and offered to send over cleaners, but accommodating a cleaning crew when you've just traveled all day is not a good solution. We did our own quick cleaning and the PM removed the cleaning charge. The property was also not stocked for our arrival. There was 1/2 a role of paper towels, no extra TP, no hand towels in the bathrooms, no hand soap, and other omissions. Again, the PM was helpful and tried to amend, but I had to try and quickly create a list of needed items and then wait for an amazon delivery. The delivery didn't deliver sufficient quantities of some items (e.g., 2 body soaps for 3 bathrooms). My feeling is they're missing some basics of rental property oversight. After the delivery, we kept finding more needs (e.g., lightbulbs since several fixtures were out). Garbage day was another challenge. The instructions were to separate trash into garbage, recycling, and composting. There is only one trash bin in the kitchen, so I requested a compost and recycling bin to enable separation. The PM says I'm to separate it when I take it to the outside bins. (??) By the way, the outside bins were actually in the garage, not outside, as PM indicated, and had not been emptied in quite some time. Composter was filled with non-compostable garbage. PM clearly doesn't visit the property frequently enough to monitor it and identify problems like this. I also felt strongly the house was under-furnished for its size and niceness. Since it's a 5 bedroom, it should be set up for large groups. But the family room had seating only for 4-5 people. We dragged a frameless futon down from the master and had the kids lie on it to make more seating to watch TV together. The bedrooms have no dressers/shelves. There are no overhead light fixtures throughout the house... all lamps. Lightbulbs were out in several lamps, and we had to replace. The fridge isn't calibrated right and hard froze all our produce/milk. Bottom line: House has excellent rental prospects but owner needs to upgrade furnishings and monitor maintenance much better.

Stayed May 14, 2021Nice home away from home. The only concern is that the bathroom windows had no coverings and the houses on either side has windows that can see directly into your bathroom.

Stayed Feb 5, 2021Very clean property in close driving proximity to San Francisco. More than enough room for our party of 3. Good communication with property owner. Bring socks/slippers as the floors are cold. Kitchen is beautiful however you will want to bring any special pans or cooking utensils as it is not well stocked. Overall very quiet and with parking. Would stay there again.
